27I have been training at Form Fitness recently with Fred and have noticed significant improvements in all facets of my physical training. Fred is kind, always has a smile on his face and has in depth knowledge of everything Gym related. I have really enjoyed my time at Form Fitness and I’m even more excited to continue to grow with thanks to Fred and all the other friendly staff members!
Fred is an excellent PT and is very good at what he does! He has a vast knowledge of exercises and has even set me up with my own programme to follow. Cheers for the motivation Fred!

Staff here are super welcoming, friendly, and professional. Our coaches are knowledgeable and willing to tailor training to your goals, likes and dislikes and make your sessions enjoyable! Highly recommend if you want to get fit, start weight training, or learn more about how your body moves.

I recently joined Form Fitness on the recommendation of a friend who had owned a gym and had joined Form Fitness. My reason for joining was a steady loss of strength and increased poor posture.
The staff took the time to understand my specific needs and goals and created a personal workout plan to address the issues I wanted addressed.
Progress has been better than expected due largely to the knowledgeable and experienced team. Highly recommended.
Portia and Nicola have redefined the meaning of Personal Training. Since I have started my training sessions, my personal well-being has become such a priority to me. The girls are so focused, caring and truly have the knowledge to zone in on what I need to do each and every training session as well as provide me with the knowledge to support my weight loss goals. Don’t think about it, just do it.
This is a gym designed for personal training. The staff are friendly, easy going, polite and engaging. They are knowledgeable in health and training. The facilities are clean. Would definitely recommend this to people, particularly those who finds a normal gym intimidating
This is a amazing place to come train as the team are great and friendly even if not your trainer! Even if you have an injury that you think stops you from training, they will ensure they tailor your program accordingly and work with you on your recovery with you. Can't recommend enough

Super attentive and professional in an amazingly friendly environment. Really focused on controlled cardio and strength progress and keeps one honest with commitment. Anyone lucky enough to join will regret only not joining sooner, as I did.
I’ve been training with Louis, Fred and Leroy for half a year now, have to say they are a wonderful team. My goal was to build strength and boost energy which I have accomplished now and I’m ready to go further. I can see myself keep training with them as they are definitely one of the reasons that keep me going without skipping. Good work Form Fitness!
Such a welcoming gym with trainers who genuinely care about each of their clients. I have been training with Nicola and Bec for the past few months. Before starting at Form Fitness, I found gyms intimidating and had little knowledge of how to properly use equipment or execute exercises with the correct form. Nicola and Bec have assisted in building my knowledge and confidence so that I can progress and meet my fitness goals.

I trained through Ollie Harman, and he helped me lose 10kg, while making sure I was motivated and kept in contact often to make sure I was doing the training!
