31I always look forward to my weekly session at this gym, the staff are always so happy and welcoming. My trainer Annie has really helped me improve and always pushes me while knowing my limits, I couldn’t recommend her more!
I was very apprehensive to start up at the gym again, not having the best experiences with other gyms in the past and not having much fitness knowledge. However, training with Annie has been absolutely amazing! She is so thorough and knowledgeable and has such a warm personality! I look forward to our sessions so much now and couldn’t be happier!
I have been training at Form Fitness for 6 months. Thomas has been amazing! He is friendly, professional and always makes sure that I push my limits. I have achieved great results since. The gym facilities are great and never too crowded.
I started training at Form Fitness as I was looking for a structured and personalised exercise program. Being a time poor mum and business owner myself I struggled to find ‘me’ time to focus on quality exercise and also quickly lost motivation when I went to a regular gym.
My trainer Thomas makes the sessions fun and is always pushing me to improve on the previous week. He is approachable, knowledgeable and mindful if you have any underlying injuries and will adapt the exercise to suit you.
Overall the whole vibe at Form Fitness is very friendly. It can be daunting walking into a new gym at the start but all the other trainers are so welcoming and always make the effort to say hello which I appreciate a lot.
I actually look forward to my regular PT sessions as I know I will have a challenging but great workout and feel strong afterwards.
I highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a great personal trainer. He's knowledgeable, keeps track of my progress and holds me accountable. I feel comfortable having an open conversation about my goals, what's working and what's not, and he's willing to adapt quickly.
Unlike the traditional gyms, the facility is modern and inviting.

Great personalised training sessions focusing on the key areas you would like to improve upon (e.g. Strength and muscle growth). Amazing trainers, who are friendly as well as knowledgeable on the safest and proper way to complete training exercises.
