I have been training with Thomas for awhile now and couldn’t be more happy with the results and support being given, every workout has been tailored towards my personal needs and goals.
I’ve been training at Form since early December 2022 due to my previous trainer relocating.
The staff and atmosphere from the initial phone/email exchange to the current day sessions have all been fantastic. Everyone is positive and all the trainers support you with your goals even if you’re not their direct one on one client.
Would recommend to anyone looking to get started with a personal trainer or who is looking to just get fit and back into shape.
Form Fitness at Lindfield offer exceptional personal trainers that really look after their clients. In just over 6 weeks I have noticed a huge difference in my form and strength and that comes down to the awesome trainers that push and guide me each week. I am proud to be a member at form fitness and I look forward to continuing to smash goals and be part of such an awesome community!
I strongly recommend coach Kim. She always focuses on details and makes sure every set is perfect. She knew exactly what I wanted and helped me achieve my goals step by step.
Kim at Form Fitness Lindfield is an amazing personal trainer. She took me in as a client after my previous trainer left to embark on a degree, and the transition was so smooth. Kim made me feel 100% comfortable from the start, and has pushed me to keep achieving goals in a totally supportive and motivating way. She is always there by text if I have a question. I really like her training style and how she looks after and goes above and beyond for her clients. Following on from a heart attack and triple bypass, I was at odds with how to get started again. The team at Form Fitness gave me the confidence, care and skill needed to exercise safely. I’ve made huge gains in strength, posture and energy. Kim and Ollie have been dedicated, focused and instrumental in helping me achieve my goals.

I have been training with Annie at the Lindfield studio for six weeks. So far I have been very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. The program she has set me is thorough, efficient and with good intensity. Her focus on form ensures I don't develop any bad habits or take any short cuts. Facilities and equipment are excellent.

The facilities at Form Fitness Lindfield is top notch, with a wide variety of equipment, suited for all needs and abilities. I’ve trained with Thomas for a while now and he is very knowledgeable. He helps me with my technique, posture and recovery, to get the maximum results from my training. He is a real asset to the Form Fitness family and a great coach. I have been training with Thomas for the last 18 moths at FF, Lindfield. Thomas is an outstanding personal trainer, motivator and extremely helpful / good with teaching proper techniques which makes my sessions at the gym effective. I have trained elsewhere with other trainers; I can confidently say Thomas is the best I have come across. I highly recommend Thomas to anyone without an iota of doubt.

My daughter has been with Annie of the personal trainer in Lindfield for a month, she is amazing, very professional and helpful to my daughter, easy to communicate and my daughter is so happy to go and has improved a lot. I have been training at form fitness for almost a year now, and it has been great. Thomas has been positive, encouraging and flexible and has developed a very effective strength training program for me. I enjoy the sessions and definitely much stronger since I started.
