The lessons and connections I've made through Foodlab has been phenomenal! Jamie and Catriona instill the true meaning of a sustainable food system through every facet of the programme whilst fostering such a warm and supportive environment. My experience with FoodLab was amazing! I have never enjoyed any program as much as I did with FoodLab. Catriona is genuinely a wonderful person and Jamie is probably the best facilitator there is. FoodLab is a unique collaboration of mentors, educators, businesses and participants seeking guidance to develop their own food businesses. This is a program that will provide essential skills, motivation, industry knowledge and networking opportunities. The connections and friendships amongst participants and contributors will last well beyond the course as each support the other to achieve their business goals.

FoodLab provided the perfect forum to learn — among many topics — the business, economics and marketing of food businesses. Jamie encouraged everyone to dig deep to discover their story, and to embrace the importance of failure, too. FoodLab is an innovative incubator that doesn’t lose sight of its higher calling — to help feed people and solve the problem of food insecurity.

Foodlab is an amazing program, coming from the hospitality industry it helped in educating me more about food sustainability and the importance of the cycle of crops in the farm. Jamie and Catriona are very good in helping me realise what are the things I need in order to make my food hobby into a business. The program has a bounty of resources available to help is navigate the food business that we are passionate about. I hope they could help a lot more people like myself with their food business journey.
