Eric leased my property out in the space of 3 hrs without even having 1 open home and managed to even get slightly above asking rent, all in the middle of COVID19! Professional and trustworthy services. Van and and Eric looked after my property for a year in addition sold it! The team dedicated and persistent selling a property which was deemed to be tricky but Van and his team nailed it ofcourse! He had openings for our property on Saturdays and Sundays which I think made it convenient for potential buyers to come and check out our property.
