Fluid Plumbing installed a new toilet and also replaced a broken pump used in a water tank. The jobs took a few hours and were carried out very efficiently without leaving any mess.

The issue we had could'nt be sorted out on the day as it is a bit complicated, however nothing more could be done and Nick went above and beyond and even spoke with Hunter Water regarding the issue.

Engaged Fluid Plumbing to investigate a blockage.
$99 Jetta service was performed. Blockage unable to be removed and quoted $2200 to replace line.
Upon investigation for 2nd opinion, it was found that only 1 end of pipe was checked. Blockage was able to be removed with a garden hose. Quote to repair was excessive considering a proper investigation had not been carried out.
Would recommend getting a second opinion before paying for repairs that are not required.

Used the magnet from the mailbox and rang to get non flushing toilet fixed. Plumber explained issues in detail and we ended up replacing whole toilet suite. Bas was thorough, cleaned up everything and took away the old stuff! 3 days later called in as he had found better washers for the job! Great job and personal service
