Fluid Plumbing - Central Coast Plumber, Blocked Drains, Hot Water

Ray from Fluid Plumbing connected our new outdoor kitchen to existing gas, water and wastewater services. The job was more complicated than expected as we did not have all the fittings required. Ray discussed the scope of work in detail and gave us a fixed quote to which we agreed. Following that he made two trips to suppliers and worked without a break all day on our job. His work was meticulous, the outdoor kitchen functions perfectly and he even swept up the work area! We are long term customers. We highly recommend Ray and Fluid Plumbing and would never use anyone else for our plumbing and electrical maintenance.

We had Ryan come out to us and he was excellent. Ryan was friendly and knowledgable about all of my questions. He was also very neat and tidy and his work was perfect. We can't thank him enough for the work he did and would recommend him to anyone. The staff in the office were also friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely be using Fluid Plumbing again.

I called at 10: 39am and booked a plumber due to an emergency situation and was told a plumber would come out to me between 12nn and 4pm. At exactly 3: 47pm I received a call to tell me that no one was coming. This was on a Friday afternoon making it very difficult for me to find anyone else. I would have preferred more notice so that I could find someone else. Very disappointing and costly for me. I wouldn't recommend!

Really nice guys who helped with my elderly parent's toilet. They rang me before heading in as I explained my parents would be confused. Worked out what needed to be done and quoted after I got the go ahead from my mum.

This was the best experience I have had with a tradie in a very long time. The young man who attended for my job was friendly, professional and knew what he was talking about. He phoned to say when he would be here and arrived when he said he would.
The booking process was equally exceptional with a friendly and helpful lady who fit me into their schedule very quickly.

We could not fault their service. Our hot water system burst at 2am and poured water through our house. We called your call centre and a lovely staff member answered who was very helpful, asked a few questions to ascertain the problem and advised that if we turned the water off the problem could be seen to in the morning (saving us a call out fee) which was a great relief!
We received a call the following morning and a technician was here within a few hours. He arrived on time and was again extremely helpful - he explained the difference between all the systems he quoted and explained why one was better than the other and answered all our questions. He was friendly and genuine and did an amazing job on the installation.

Fluid were prompt, efficient and communication excellent. Repair a little pricey but possibly I have lost touch with plumbing costs! Chris, erina
