Flower Power Garden Centre Glenhaven

Thought this was just a garden store, until i saw the crowd. The food here is really good, service is amazing, maybe a bit expensive, but quality matches it.

Only draw back is crowd (but to be expected) and the playground is very dirty (don't know if they dont clean it or if that was just a few hours of use, but wouldn't use it again) with a few teenagers hanging out on equipment not letting little kids play (not sure if thats common but there doesn't seem to be other places for them and seemed to be a regular thing as more and more teens kept coming in).

Oh, also really good plant store.

Appalling customer service. A sole staff member was assigned to the entire large outdoor plant nursery. This staff member was too preoccupied chatting with one individual customer for 40 minutes, seemingly giving them a tour of the entire nursery, to entertain the dozens of other customers awaiting assistance. Politely inquired about a plant after waiting patiently for 40 minutes only to be bluntly and rudely dismissed and told they were busy helping somebody else. Zero regard for any other customer in the store or their time. The store announced they were closing soon by the time 45 minutes had elapsed and the staff member was still devoting all of their attention to the same individual. Disrespectful and abysmal service. Do better!

The cafe was beyond amazing, food & drinks were 10/10, service was 10/10, we were sat outside with the prettiest view of the pond and ducks and we didnt even have a booking.would highly recommend.

Flower Power will NEVER be loyal to its customers, its always the other way around. I spent $250 on purchase in one go - all I wanted was to return one of the plants 20 mins later and keep the rest. The couter staff said NO, its only a store credit. That's it our money becomes theirs. The counter staff called the manager, he did not even both to understand whats the total sale and whats the refund - he said "sorry mate, no refunds". I said fine and I shall not return if you treat loyal customers like this, immediate response from the counter staff was " well if you don't return you wont b able to spend your store credit". So the game is clear, its all about money! There is no second thoughts permitted when you shop with Flower Power, mind you their plants are atleast 20% higher and still they dnt offer flexibility to get a 30% refund within 20 mins of purchase!

Had to leave a stack of seedlings behind at checkout because they didn't have a way for me to take them. It actually worked out better because I ended up buying the same ones up at bunnings dural along with some other things I needed there.

Ziggy is the star of customer service. Someone you can rely on. His knowledge and willingness to help are amazing.

Decided to meet a colleague here for lunch after several years and Covid shutdown. Ambience was as great as ever. Food was ordinary for lunch, services was good although seemed a bit casual and clumsy for not-so-important reason as it was expectedly crowded. Generally great and consistent throughout. The nursery was amazing and well stocked with great variety. Thumbs up.

Extensive menu, food is always enjoyable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There's an enclosed playground for the kids, and you can see them from your table. The garden centre is gorgeous as well, and you can find everything you need for indoor and outdoor gardens. I can't seem to leave without a new indoor plant.

FlowerPower has a cafe run by Frankie food factory. Food is amazing. Lot of varieties with nice ambience. Good food portions but
pricey.

Good place, with lot of indoor, outdoor plants and furniture options. Their cafe is quite busy and presents variety of food and beverage options. I guess some options are touch expensive, but overall pretty good experience.

Went to Frankie's with a friend for coffee. Experience was fine until I saw a dog sitting on a chair at a table. Unfortunately will probably not be going again.

This is a very large flower garden shop, with a wide range of flower products. Brilliant!

Great selection of plants, seasonal flowers, pots.basically everything u need for gardening. Layout was great too. Beautiful seasonal flowers were blooming.

Absolutely love this place. Nicely designed interiors, well maintained and variety of plants and shrubs to choose from. The only downside is that it is 6bit expensive.

The staff here are excellent. I spoke to the Horticulturist; Jess and she was so helpful. When I went back for a second time I spoke to Richard and he was the same. They have a great team and excellent variety and quality of plants etc.

Search for Kenza she is an angel, whenever i go with my family, my friends or solo to work she is always smiling welcoming and checking on us.

Wonderful atmosphere for family or dates! Wide variety of food choice. Breakfast menu ends promptly at 1130am.
Perhaps they could add some minced beef into the Sujuk…?
Staff were very attentive and polite.

I regularly visit the garden supplies section at Dural. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I bought a bougainvillea on Black Friday weekend sale but picked the wrong colour. Today I took it back to the store to exchange for a same-priced bougainvillea of a different colour. The sales guy asked me to pay for the difference and told me there was nothing he could do. Very disappointing experience.
