Great customer service. They sent a person to home to do measurements, he measured everything and provided a proper quote and had all the patience to explain everything in detail.

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Venue getting new floors done for the first time. Gordon and Luke were both extremely helpful and patient with us, and did their best to get us floors we liked within our budget:) great value compared to any of the other places we looked at.

I recently availed services of FloorVenue for 2 of my properties. I am very happy with the output. Found FloorVenue to be a very professional at their Job. The reason I went to them for the second time was because of the quality and service I received with my first experience. They came exactly at the time agreed time and completed the job in a professional manner and cleared the area of any debris. And, more importantly the price was reasonable.

Arguably the most important part of construction is flooring and finding a dependable person for it was a major relief. Your services were impeccable without conducting losses of material. Definitely hiring you guys in my other construction projects for your quality and punctual results.

Amazing service, great workmanship (friendly and safe) but most importantly - quality timber flooring! After sifting through a range of affordable options, we eventually went with Autumn Oak and so pleased with the end result. It only took one afternoon to complete and left the house feeling completely new.

We had a very good experience with these guys. I spoke with Gordon on the phone and in the store, he has a good sense of humour as well as good product knowledge. After a chat over the phone we went into the showroom to have a closer look, the pre-finished floor boards looked good and we ordered while in the store. The boards were delivered to us in the Blue Mountains first thing the next morning. They were all nice and straight, well finished and went together easily. The fact that they didn't need to be sanded and finished is pretty fantastic, saved lots of energy and money. I'd be happy to recommend.

Dealing with Cash.and they quote for less, and ask for more money after the work and never provide invoice.

Very happy with the product and the process. We went with laminate. The product looks and feels great, and the price was very competitive. After we inspected the product at the warehouse and agreed to do the job, delivery and installation was complete within a few days and the boss was in constant communication with me through it all (super responsive, great customer service). The guys who came over for installation were very friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves well. Overall would definitely recommend.

Floor Venue offered us excellent service all the way. Judy was efficient and friendly, and gave us a great deal. The installers were great too, they came in and did a really good no-nonsense job. We needed a join attended to and the installer immediately attended to it and came up with a solution. I would have no hesitation in recommending Floor Venue!
