Victor and his team were amazing to work with and did an excellent job on the flooring of my unit. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with which type of material to go with and was very accommodating with changes in dates. Despite being overseas for a couple of weeks, Victor was constantly in touch with myself and his team to coordinate the job and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

We were served by Jamie, who was great, and Frank (?) our measurer was also very good, but then things seemed to have been lost in translation. Were told Quote would be ready the next day, but it didn’t arrive until 3 days later - no biggie - and we were then asked what suburb we lived in - huh? We filled in the application and the measurer came to our house! And then there seemed to be a large discrepancy between what we were told about pricing on our first visit, and what we received as a quote. Still need to sort that out.

Flo orVenue did a very good job in my house doing complete timber floor installation with engineered timber. It looks great and I am really happy I got FloorVenue. Sales team Eric did a real professional job since measurement and Gordon did a great job with installation. Their installer was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They are easily approachable and customer service is very friendly. I reccommand them to anybody who need a nice floor.

We had a carpet measured for and installed by Floor Venue Blacktown which we needed to have finished on time before a large family stay at our home just before Christmas.

Although there were some issues around the actual date planned for the installation Victor pulled out all the stops to get our carpet delivered and installed before our cut off time for installation had passed.

Rather than focus on the problem which caused the delay in the first place, Victor understood our plight and apologised unreservedly; he then got to work straight away to have our carpet installed by one of their most experienced installers. It was installed and we are very happy with the outcome. We would not only recommend Floor Venue Blacktown but we plan to order more carpet from them in the new year.

This is the second time that we have used FloorVenue to install flooring in an apartment, and, on both occasions, we have been more than happy. On both occasions we received great assistance from George Zhang (Blacktown) when choosing the flooring – the first time we chose bamboo flooring and this time hybrid flooring. The installers are excellent tradesmen and they worked into the evening to complete the job in one day. Their range of flooring is extensive, and we have found their price to be far cheaper than that quoted by other flooring companies. We could not understand why anyone would go anywhere else than FloorVenue for the purchase and installation of flooring.

Excellent operation, and good value for money. Luke was very helplful in walking me though all my options and explaining pros and cons of different flooring options. An adjacent area was to get carpet - he recommended additional plywood base to keep the carpeted area at the same height as the floating floorboards. Installers were really hardworking and precise. I noticed one very minor correction needed the next day - Gordon had someone out to fix it within 24 hours. A company that was a true pleasure to deal with.

Our new floors look and feel fantastic. HydroPro Timber Spotted Gum panels installed in a day (two bedrooms and a hallway). Jamie and his team were great to work with.

Victor, Frank and the team provided fantastic customer service and did a wonderful job installing carpet. They were able to supply and install at very short notice, and the whole process went extremely smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, with my many questions answered quickly, with no high pressure sales tactics- just good old fashioned customer service and advice on flooring options.

I recently bought Resiplank hybrid (excluding installation) and the prices were very competitive and by far the best for the fastest delivery they were able to provide even though there were small stuff up by manufacturer, the team here ensured we had it on time for the tradies I had booked in. The team here at Blacktown was awesome throughout! Thanks for the service.

We recently went into their blacktown store to book an inspection. They came in and had an inspection- not a thorough job. They didn't check the doors and if they need cutting to accomodate the new floor height. We had so many questions because this is the first time we are doing levelling and flooring. Also we are not the experts here. Leo the sales guy certainly didn't like us questioning him. His remarks were very snarky. Also he had no idea what the real process is for levelling. Anything we questioned, he would say he needs to check. He couldn't give a certain answer. Also he can't do math.

We finally went with Hills flooring. They took us through the process and covered every possibility. Also they were certain with their pricing.

Floor venue lost a $21k job due to employing inexperienced kids. Take them to jobs and give them some real experience. So when they sell your products and services they know what they are talking about!

Agree with below review that the team at FloorVenue are very snarky and don't like answering questions. They assume all customers are flooring experts.

Today I had carpet installed by floor venue. The installers entered my room which was not part of the job and opened my robe, I havnt noticed anything missing but it’s not right to go through customers private belongings!

To your reply, of course you take their side only confirming that I lost all trust in floor venue. I stated over the phone i left the door open the width of my finger as a gage. When I returned to check 1 door was left around 150mm open and the other door was completely shut. Without any doubt they opened my robe in a room they were not invited!

1) there is no wind
2) there is no reason at all to be in the room at all no chance of it being an accident

Got their service last year to fix my floorings from carpet to laminated floorings. I highly recommended their services. The customer service was very good and they have the best price to offer. The finish product was very good and I’m very satisfied with their service and looking forward for them to do my floorings in the future. They’re the best in flooring business
