Just had Michael from Port Macquarie come out and treat our home for cockroaches. He was very professional and thourough

Had Luke come in to my work and help with a problem we were having. Amazing service! He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Michael came on time and helped with some dead rats in the roof cavity.
Came up with some suggestions for dealing with smell and provided some odor absorbers and refilled the rat trap.
Did the job with good humour and enthusiasm.

Luke has looked after our place for s many years and always has helpful advice and suggestions to think about for improved outcomes in the future. Could not recommend anyone more highly.

Ben visited my home two weeks ago and completed a termite inspection and spray. He was punctual, courteous and informative. As a new resident of Port (but a previous customer of Flick) I very happy with the advice given by Ben and the work that was completed.

Ben attended to our house to complete the Termite inspection and pest spray. He was punctual, professional and explained each step thoroughly. He even assisted me by cheerfully relocating a blue tongue lizard from my garage, which was not part of the service! #hero

We have had Dee doing our bin exchange each week in recent months. She is prompt, courteous and friendly to all our staff at Seabreezes Respite. Dee shows great empathy for the people with a disability that we care for here.

Jacob did a thorough and great job at our place. He was extremely courteous by way of removing shoes when indoors and cleaning up completely at the end of his work. Very pleased with work done by Denis at our large suburban property. Denis inspected and sprayed the property after we became aware of a funnel Web hole. He pointed out to me the holes he found as well as a spider to use as a reference. He also found some redback spider webs near our bins which we use often! So thankful for being made aware of everything in the backyard and was told how to manage ourselves any future funnels popping up:) thanks Denis!
