Michael was very professional and friendly in his approach; he was patient with my myriad of questions and I mean myriads as it was my first dealings with termites. He did what he said he would do and we will unhesitatingly use him again next time.

I have been with this company two years and every year I see I was right to choose them, even thier people very kind and very nice they understand what each house need from them to do, especial thanks to the last one who done a really amazing job in my house.

Excellent service from the first phone call with Shane who was extremely patient and helpful! The technician, Tye, was not only timely, but polite and respectful. He discussed the process before commencing service and then gave advice on further management of the pests.
Follow-up support has also been tremendous!

My mum had the gentleman who does the termite construction barriers come out to make sure her home was protected when she added her deck. She was stoked with his work and kindness.

I can’t thank you enough for the amazing service. Thank you so much to Shane who was so helpful, explaining everything I’m simple terms. Nothing was a bother then while he was talking to me, the Branch ManagerJeff said he had a gap where he could visit me this morning. Turns out I don’t have bedbugs, the relief is beyond words. Midge’s are a problem at the moment with all the rain and it’s them that would have been biting me. Even baby cockroaches can bite yuk.
So on top of this amazing service I’m getting a free mattress topper that stops all bugs getting out, ever. They are coming next Tuesday to fit it, no cost!
I have also chosen to have the Pest Control Program. This is on a very cheap plan.
What a relief.

Today Harley arrived promptly to spray my home for every type of bug imaginable. He was such a lovely young man and super efficient. Not a spot was missed, including pulling out the couch and spraying behind, and asking if there was anywhere else I wanted done.
Then off he went outside and gave that a thorough dousing front and back.
Such a relief to have this done.
