Great place. Got my s9 front screen and battery replaced in half an hour; went next door to Broadway mall for some food and it was all done when I returned. Comparatively much better experience than when I previously got this phone fixed at the official Sydney Samsung store.

Have been going to these guys for years. Great value, high quality. Battery and charger port replaced for $70 less than other quotes.

I had an Ipod Classic that got wet and wasn't responding when plugged in so I took it in to Fixpod to have it examined. The Ipod couldn't be fully repaired but the staff gave me good options and did enough to later allow me to extract the Ipod content to transfer to another device. Fast and friendly service that's very much recommended.

Liars. Wouldn't be surprised if the majority of 5 -star reviews were fake. Didn't fix my iPod's headhone jack, just jammed a small piece of plastic in it which fell out within a week. Charged me $50. Dodgy.

So happy with the fantastic customer service and repair turnaround with these guys! They fixed my Audio IC issue with my iPhone that is notoriously difficult to fix. Great service and great price!

It's worth trying to find Fixpod, nice service, done properly, on time for the best price in Sydney. I'm not certain, but I think the touchscreen is better than the original- more responsive perhaps. The guy who served me was great, thanks!

Battery replacement was same price as competition however they had the battery in stock and were happy to do it right away. That separated them from the competitors.

I went there to do some data recovery of a Huawei phone and even though they do not fix Huawei, the gentleman helped me to recover what I needed and on top of it, he was amazingly nice and friendly. Definitely recommand that place. They really know what they are doing.

Bought in the latest iPhone without microphone capability. The problem was diagnosed within 10 seconds and fixed within 12 hours. Becuase the phone was already open they gave me a discount on the battery replacement. Fast, quick, excellent, and friendly serivce. Go fixpod go.

They FIXED my iPhone! I went to few places that tried to fix my phone but no one can fixed my iphone problem. But fixpod they fixed my phone & recommended a good screen protector. Great friendly staff with good customer service.

Fixpod were great! Had booked online to get my cracked screen fixed but came in early and they had it replaced in an hour, including a bonus screen protector. Friendly service and upfront, checking screen in front of me and confirming price before starting. Quality is great and about $70 cheaper than my other options.

Fantastic service and great price. I express posted my broken phone in on Tuesday, it was repaired and back in the post on Wednesday afternoon, I had it back on Thursday. Had similar service with a broken ipod. Definitely recommend fixpod!

Apple were going to either charge me $400 to replace my iPhone 6 or I’d have to upgrade. Went to fixpod instead and within half an hour I had my antenna and battery replaced for just a fraction of the cost. I was still having a little weird problem with GPS on a particular app, but with the reassurance of 6 month warranty on the replacement and a suggestion how to fix the buggy app, I went home happy. The suggestion fixed the app and now my wifi & gps are back to normal! Highly recommend fixpod. Thanks!

Great service! It's been a few weeks since my S7 Edge phone screen and LCD was replaced and my phone is working like new with no issues. Called and they ordered in parts for the next business day - dropped phone in that day and repair was done within 30 mins. No complaints.
