I went to get the screen replaced on my mum’s iPhone X which had been dropped resulting in the screen going black with no image. I dropped off the phone and it was ready less than 15 minutes later! The service was amazing and the guys were great. Would 100% recommend.

Quick, to the point and no pressure to pay if nothing was wrong with the phone (my cable was the issue and not the phone).

My Samsung S20+ was badly damaged. I brought it to David and he was really detailed and honest. The phone couldn't be reused again, but he explained step by step what will be required in order for me to recover my data. He didn't try to rip me off like the previous place I went to.

Highly recommend. I booked in for an iphone 11 cracked screen repair online easily - there were plenty of appointments. They fixed it on the spot and it took 15 - 20 mins. Fantastic service and super friendly and professional.

S10+ front glass replaced flawlessly in half an hour and they even reapplied the new screen protector to fit exactly into my phone case. Couldn't ask for more.

Great customer service, super fast - only took an hour to replace camera on my iPhone and did a great job, and much cheaper than what a lot of other places were asking for. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I recently took my iPhone X to repair in another company and it started ghost touching and then, non responsive. It took four trips into the city to no avail. They gave up, refunded me and gave me a substandard screen replacement. But, the screen started “bleeding”.

I went to fix pod and they fixed it with an original Apple screen within 30mins. It’s been two months since and I have zero issues. This is my second time here. Many years ago, I came to replace my iPhone 5 battery and again, it took them just 30mins. Again, no issues at all after.

Although I am a total stranger to him, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable but just very friendly. I really appreciated his kindness.

I recently had my phone (Android Samsung) repaired with Fixpod and was very pleased with their polite and thorough service. The screen had been flickering intermittently and needed a new screen. They had that, and when I mentioned the battery was running down fairly quickly (it's a 2-year-old phone), they also had a spare battery in stock. Then I mentioned the clip covering the charging port was broken - they could fix that too. Would take an hour and a half. Done! Off for a coffee and lunch. When I returned, all the parts of the repair were completed. When I came back David informed me the on-off cable may have been damaged during the repair. He had repaired it enough to be useable, but requires a new cable. He texted me a few days later it had arrived, I went in & it was replaced, and David again apologized for the minor problem we have had. I was amazed at his honesty in admitting to the small damage it have had and also the replacement of the part. All the staff there seemed quite friendly & accommodating. I now have a phone that will give me a while before I need a new one, and would recommend their competent and honest service. They also have a data transfer service & do lots of other useful things, & at the very least I didn't have to go through the Telstra shop aggressive argy-bargy with pimply 21 year olds! I highly recommend David & the Fixpod crew. All power to them!
