Website was really clean and easy to navigate, exactly how a car cleaning and detailing website should be.

Excellent customer service! Polished out a stain on the back, I didn't even know it was there.plus got a complementary coffee I highly recommend them.

This is where you get a 5 star wash without the long wait. While you wait for your car, you can have a free premium coffee or coffees if you want, while you relax in the lounge designed just to make you feel at home.

Fiance called yesterday to quote a wash (outside and interior) for a Toyota Corolla, and seat shampooing. To confirm the price quoted on their website, the staff said the cost would be $45 + $65 for that small car. We intended to use this service for 2 small cars. Today my fiance brought in her tiny Kia Picanto (which is significantly smaller and cleaner than the Corolla), and the staff who greeted her said that shampooing alone would be $120, so the full service would be $165. After she argued with them about the price discrepancy, they said that they would do it for $150 if she brought in the second car tomorrow. Disgusting, inconsistent company. Do not recommend, unless you dont mind unexpected costs.

Superb car wash and great customer service. They actually care about your car and take their time to get it right and won’t rush it. I will definitely go back. Has a small but nice seating area if you want to work on your laptop while waiting for your car.

2nd time I've been here, is now my car wash place of choice. Michael and his team do a great job inside and out. You can enjoy a coffee and read the paper while relaxing in their comfortable lounge.

My car was damaged by one of the employees, and an apparent lack of communication led me being blamed for this, which was not impressive.

HOWEVER, the owner handled the situation in a professional manner, and paid for the repairs, so I will consider coming back.

The exterior and interior were cleaned well, no complaints there.

My experience with Michael and his team at Five Star this week was just fantastic.

The quality of work and attention to detail that they showed to my Subaru far exceeded my expectations - thank you.

If you have just purchased a new vehicle - I highly recommend taking your car to Five Star and leaving it with them for the day for a full detail - well worth the time and cost (which is very reasonable anyhow), my Subaru is immaculate!

If I am ever in Sydney again purchasing another car - I will definitely be back.

The previous wash I was unhappy to the work done in the car and been suggested to that with a polish they could fix the paint imperfections and correct the scratches.
I left the car yesterday before opened the car was and we agree to go ahead to polish and clean interior and the owner come with the keys in his hands. My eyes couldn’t credos of what I’m seeing. The car was just clean. He claim that he hand polish the car and for a grinder polish it’s an extra!
After 10 min arguing he didn’t offer any solution so I end up paying and left.
I’ve been here few time as is very convenient location close home but I’ll make sure that neighbours friends and throughout reviews in media this kind of pirates will not succeed in Australia.
It’s a waste of time and money.

I think the most important thing in car wash service is trust. They wash their car for more than half an hour. But it is impossible for me to check the condition of the car one by one after the washing. Because they are very busy and have lots of cars and places are crowded. This is an untrustworthy place. And when you get home, you will find that you have made the worst choice.
