Fitness First North Strathfield 24/7

I drive by this Gym 4 days a week and it looked cool from outside. I decided to try it once after night shift.it was around 10 am on a weekday. Dissapointing! This gym is a Joke, way too crowded and equipments all taken and dirty.weight locks all broken. I was taken by the outside appearance.never again. Rockdale is much better.

Very disorganised gym. There's no gym etiquette enforced. People leave weights and equipment everywhere, don't put things back after they use it. Makes it really inconvenient and an unpleasant gym to train at.

Really disappointing. Dirty change rooms with locker doors missing, some lying on the floor! Foam rollers old and have chunks out of them. Disgraceful. Kudos to the group fitness team though who do a great job.

Hands down the filthiest Fitness First gym in Sydney! Also some dodgy Lebanese answering the phone but first few times hangs up

Choice of classes are minimal. And when you call to lodge a complaint about a trainer, the response is very rude.

Drinking water tap has been broken for over a month now. Equipment could use some upgrades too. Fitness First Randwick is much better equipped.

The security guy is so rude! I would like to come as a guest but the guy at the front door just ask me to pay for the day pass for $20 dollars in a rude manner! When I asked how many times I could come in as a guest, he said you can come as guest only once and without time for me think, the guy ask me to pay another time.
I will never join the membership because the bad service.

Great location, good parking, nice space - lots of light/windows, good range of equipment, great juice bar! Downside is it's run by Fitness First - not very clean nor well maintained - customer service is hit and miss. They have gone 24/7 which is great - except to save money they turn off the aircon so it can be unbearably stuffy on a warm day.

Definitely not clean enough. Limited toilets. Broken lockers I don't know why they wouldn't be embarrassed about this or have this repaired. Customer service mostly poor. Often stuff up. The wet wipes holder is not always functional. They need to check up on this. I've seen insects crawling in the sauna area. Definitely not worth what we pay.

I had very bad service from the juice bar staff, me and my friend were just want having a look at the menu (we were not trying to order sth) and staff told us “even u want something but I won’t make it for you because we are closed “. Never mind u are close or not, but please say it in polite way, we owe u nothing and u do not need show us a sad face. And today happened again, when I finish my workout and I want a juice, the staff saw me were approaching the counter but he was wearing he earphone and I asked him did u guys closed or not, he replied nothing and ignored me. I was like wt*, I m guessing because I m an Asian, lol hahah. Compare to the other fitness first, the service from reception staffs were just ok. And I experienced most excellent service from top ryde and maroubra ff.

I obtained a 3 day free pass and I will never use the other 2 days as the man at the front desk was not helpful at all! As someone looking for a new gym the service was horrible got to the change rooms and realised I needed a card to use lockers so back to the unhelpful man at the desk. Found myself with a different man which turned out to be just as unhelpful. No tour of the gym no information given on gym membership and certainly no customer service skills I was looking for membership and a personal trainer but because of the lack of customer service I will never come back.

Highly not recommend! Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Personal trainers are busy making money. People who pay membership fee have to wait as Personal trainers don’t allow you to use or share machines till they finish with Clients. And top it up they say we don’t care.

Clean, well maintained space with lots of cardio and strength training equipment. Plenty of classes, including spin and yoga, and an in-house refreshment cafe, serving healthy pre and post workout beverages.

Used to be a great gym. I guess they recently ran some price promotions because there are alot of new members (with no manners) so you have to wait for equipment most days. Used to have a good friendly community vibe, now just a frustrating experience to even come here.

Terrible gym, I actually found condoms in the men's change room that stayed there for at least 2 weeks.
