First National Real Estate Wollongong reviews
27I had an absolutely horrible experience, even though very brief. Just a simple enquiry about a rental turned into a very confrontational encounter. Staff and the principle had no listening skills and were not at all interested in answering my questions about the property.
I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this company as a prospective tenant or as a property owner. I liked the property, however the lack of efficiency and poor communication - good luck getting a call back - led me to withdraw my application. I provided private feedback on this, however Trisha then proceeded to purely blame the landlords (eep), and then went on to blame me for confusing her. There was zero acceptance of responsibility for the above criticisms and that's a red flag for me!
I am very happy with the professional service Lianne has provided selling my last property and looking forward to sell my current one with her again! SHe does really care about my property selling and provided assurance and support all the way through. Highly recommended!
We met Dylan Sokopf when we bought our first home he was very helpful and we would recommend this young and talented agent to everyone and his agency thanks Dylan
Leanne assisted in the purchasing of our first home and we could not have wished for a better agent. No ask was to big and no question was too silly. She made our experience stress free and fun! Thanks Leanne!
Brailey First National Figtree appeared professional initially but soon small problems grew to nuisance level due to poor communication by the then property manager. Our referral of our concerns to the agency principal led to further frustration seemingly because the manager was her close family. Finally another small issue was inflamed by the agency principal's inaction and non-acceptance of her professional responsibilities.
My wife & I transferred our property to another agent to rid ourselves of ongoing frustration and allow us to enjoy our retirement travel once again.
