An experienced agent with a flare for presenting a property at it’s best, Leanne made suggestions of improvements that we could do to vastly enhance our sale prospects. The small amount of capital put in was negligible when compared to the price achieved. The photographer was great in assisting with detailed photos presenting an attractive advertisement to peak buyer interest, a great experience all round, thanks Leanne and team.

Absolutely amazing team in the property management department from First National Wollongong. They have looked after all our investment properties for a few years now, cannot recommend them enough. RENTERS BEWARE: After the ordeal we've had to go through i don't recommend anyone rent from these guys.they will take your bond on silly technicalities (using unqualified tradies to conduct repairs and sting you with so called damage from a job never done right in the first place) and completely ignore you for the ordeal.fair enough there was your typical wear and tear on the old house but we were happy to pay that out of the bond but was not happy when you gotta pay for 2 rooms to get repainted because they didn't let the primer dry in the first place i wish this Covid hadn't been so hard on us this year we were in no position to pay the fees to take it any further with the tribunal

Having rented for 20+ years, never have I witnessed the lack of care, rudeness or unprofessionalism they I experienced when dealing with Trisha Markwort and Leanne Brailey.

I cannot fault this real estate, from the start of selling our property in a difficult situation, Leanne and her team showed professionalism, understanding and respect. Without a doubt I highly recommend them and personally would like to thank them for their outstanding efforts
