Tim Chapman sold my property in 3 weeks. He was prompt and professional and got me the price that I wanted. He always kept me informed and his service was exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim to any seller wanting to list their home for sale with him. His service exceeded my expectations.

Tim is very helpful and accommodating. We were running late for 1-on-1 inspection, he agreed to swap us with another person who arrived a little early. He is very professional and follows covid guidelines strictly. I have seen many Property Managers get relaxed when it comes to following covid guidelines.

I would confidently recommend Tim Chapman. He went above and beyond for me whilst selling my property. He guided me through the process every step of the way, provided great communication and in a timely manner. He was the upmost professional with extensive knowledge in his field. Customer service is unprofessional and rude. Was dealing with a Debra Gersbach and the woman belittles you as she thinks more about money and has no conscience to pay what you are worth. Go to another agent. Don’t trust this franchise.

After having the run around with other real estate agents lately, I found Jessica's work ethics to be honest and fair and she sealed the deal for me in buying an investment property. Highly recommend her.

I was very disappointed with my over all experience of this Realestate. I understand the agents represent the landlord, but I still feel A lot more could have been done with regard to repairs and general maintenance of the property. In my three years tenancy I was with out a bathroom light for 18 months, the AC was not fixed until 3 years, when the hot water system broke I was with out hot water for 3 weeks. There were other issues concerning a dangerous dead tree that went on for 2 years. When it came to do the final inspection the agent forgot and arrived 2 hours late I handed the keys back in good faith. The final inspection was carried out the following day giving me no opportunity to rectify any issues or to agree or disagree with the final report, yet the agent said I was there on the final dated inspection. This is my second time wrighting a review when the agent Laura Hamilton saw my negative feed back I was pressured in to removing it. As a renter I would not recommend this agency at all.

We chose Tim from W&S to sell our property and we were glad we did.

I find First National a great group to work with. They are very prompt in returning your calls and keep you up to date with whatever is happening with your property. Law breaking, bully tactics - an all round horrendous experience.
Would not recommend the team at Walsh and Sullivan to my worst enemy.

I have used First National, Walsh and Sullivan for both of my investment properties over the years and have always found them to be professional efficient and friendly. The property manager always made sure that the inspections were conducted on a regular basis and gave me timely reports. I highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs. (We also sold our home through them as well)

I had Walsh and Sullivan manage my property for 3 years. Being a first home buyer it was important to me to have a reliable agent that could communicate and reassure me that my asset was being looked after. I was a fool to last that long and regret not leaving earlier. Appalling communication from my agent and quite forgetful of important things I asked her to follow up. Honestly, I just felt like "just another property" and financially have been impacted by lack of effort and not going that extra mile. I would not recommend this agent to manage a property.

I really want to say about bed communication about this real estate
I had 6 bad experience about not passing message to real person from reception.
Even they have to help us, we are giving them business and we have to chase them for work instate of doing for us.
1 laura agent she email me to visit my property and she didnot turn up at property.
2 4 times u had experience not passing message ti real person and i had to chase for that
3 lastly this thursday i gave ring about my bill and they did not pass message to real person and i have to chase that.
Pl if possible donot give them business or they doing because i am nor white man.
And even not say sorry but make excuse every time.

Honest and Reliable Real Estate agent with fantastic communication skills and in my situation record breaking selling price. We were lucky enough to sell with Tim Chapman, Not only did he give myself and my wife a fantastic selling rate, his attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate market was fabulous. I would recommend this real estate agent to anyone living in the Hills district or surrounding areas.

As a former lessee of a rental property I can tell you, you will not be looked after.

I leased a property with them in the past and I found the agent, Lynette Guest, to be most unhelpful. I would never get a reply, or she would say she would do something (e.g. Order a repair or some sort) and it would take weeks or even months to have it resolved (even urgent repairs!). I would have to call her and email her repeatedly. She would always act 'nice' but never actually do anything. I felt that she resented being held accountable to do her job and instead of apologising would hold it against you and use her position to do what she could to make you pay for it. Awful, awful, experience I will never have any business with them ever again and I would advise other people to steer clear. Don't be fooled by a superficially pleasant demeanour, they will look after their interest only, not yours, wherever they can get away with it.
