I had the worst experience of my life buying a property with an agent here named June Hibbard.property was @ 12 Bass Drive, Baulkham Hills. I was told to my offer was the highest offer and I accepted all the condition she requested i.e. Settlement date, cool off period, deposit amount, etc. She told us she would let us know when they wanted to go ahead on the day. I was waiting to be called for contract sign off and all of a sudden she called me saying the property was sold to another buyer without any justifiable reason! She was supposed to play it fair and be tge point of contact between me and the vendor but apparently she either played us, or her poor communication resulted it!

No agent better in the Hills District than Tim Chapman. He worked hard to sell my parents place in Baulkham Hills, keeping us updated at every step of the process. Did not feel pressured at any point to take a lower offer just to boost his sales numbers.
If you want a good price for your house with a personable agent (not an agent’s assistant) who isn’t just interested in moving homes quickly, Tim Chapman is the agent of choice.

I am the owner of 12 Bass Drive referred to by the last reviewer below. He did NOT initially meet the required settlement date. By the time he did so, I had already accepted an offer for less money which did meet the settlement date.
I am very happy with June's performance as my agent, this is the third transaction she has done for my family and I cannot recommend her more highly as a seller's agent.

Hopeless, untrustworthy and rude.
All started when they gave the tenant for my property the keys before the lease start date and when I arrived to take pictures for my record of the property it was already occupied.
Then when I was moving back in they gave all my keys to the carpet layer before asking or letting me know, I had to collect my keys from the carpet layers…very unprofessional. It’s really only the beginning of all the drama I had but It’s not worth wasting anymore of my time on them.

After speaking with few agents, I engaged Tim Chapman to sell my unit at Norwest. I found him to be open and transparent and very upfront with all the information when selling my apartment and very professional. At first home inspection I had an offer and property was sold. Don’t trust their agents, and their ledgers!
Keep the record of every penny you pay!
Darren Harding is a rude and dodgy guy. Be careful when dealing with him.
They wanted to cheat on our rental payments and we had to take them to NCAT to prove our calculations were correct and theirs were wrong!
Darren never apologised for his dodgy behavior even in the NCAT appointment.
They wasted our time for a month or so, and made us totally frustrated!
