Steph wouldn't take my offer, over the asking price to the owner, insisted on certain parameters, didn't want to meet me on requirements to have engineering inspection as Im not close by and not in a position to attend a viewing, I'm a cash buyer. Unpleasant.

The FNLM property management is an A team. I have received excellent and consistent service levels since they started looking after us for a few years now. There's the regular personal touch where they keep us updated of the rental market, how's the property is being maintained and have been a 'sure friend' going through the Covid pandamic. Of late, Zac has been doing a stellar job. He has excellent communication skills and is on top of his game.

Zac has been amazing to work with and help us find a rental. Zac went above and beyond any other real estate agent I have spoken to. We first contacted Zac when submitting and an application and as somewhat new to the rental market, Zac helped us navigate this space and reviewed our application and gave us pointers, resulting in us getting our place.
