Matt was professional, knowledgeable and sensitive as an agent. He gave us space to make decisions and was always accessible if we had a question. He did not take advantage of our lack of real estate knowledge and did not pressure us into a particular model of selling. Matt made our experience of selling our family home a stress free experience and one that was much easier than I had expected. His fee was inclusive of advertising which was different from another well known agency which requested 2500 on top of commission. I would recommend Matt and his business without reservation.
