Their property management side leaves a lot to be desired. I know that its a competitive market and getting a rental is difficult, however there's no customer service for potential tenants, they don't respond to emails or phone calls so you don't even get the opportunity to offer more rent to obtain a property. They are definitely not getting the best outcome for the landlords by not taking any other offers into account.
22/09/21 - Everything has been followed to the letter. There's no blemishes on my end. Its not about not getting a rental, its about your customer service and poor communication, failure to recognize this says it all.

Property manager Samantha was really great to deal with and very helpful. I had a really positive experience renting with coastside and found them very professional.
