One of the best detailing and car wash places in Sydney. The team at fine shine is super friendly and did a fabulous job taking care of my car. I don’t usually write reviews but this one was definitely worth it! Highly recommended!

The guys at fine shine are the absolute best in the business. My car has been parked under a tree for a few weeks and had so much debris stuck all over it. I received a clay bar treatment, full detailing and interior detailing and now it feels and looks like a brand new car! Will definitely be back every time I need a car treatment! Thanks guys

I would NEVER EVER go back nor will I ever recommend anyone. I paid $150 and got a half done sh! T job that, in all honesty, I could have done myself! I picked this car wash because of the reviews drove 30 mins, passed many car washes just to get my car cleaned and waxed. They did NOT wax the car, probably only wiped it down. It was not properly cleaned at all. All in all, I would discourage anyone I know from ever going here! NEVER AGAIN!

A fantastic team of guys who from the time you leave your car you just know that the right care and time will be taken.
When i picked up my car the interior was back to new car smell and visual.

I couldn't recommend this company enough - last week my new car had a large scratch that almost looked like it had been keyed. They were able to buff the scratch out with a machine polish and now the scratch is barely visible. I will be a returning customer - thanks again Roger and team.

Fantastic carwash establishment, friendly staff, excellent service and very happy with final result in an industry that is notorious for delivering poor results.

Five star service and performance. Very polite team who do the best work I've experienced. Took our 2011 Toyota in for interior detail to be rid of a damp smell and marks on the seats. It came back with the interior looking brand new, not a visible mark anywhere and all smelling fresh. This is a super sharp, smart operation, highly recommend. As others have commented, there are cheaper services out there but you get what you pay for and here you get service over and above.

I have had a bad experience with this car wash. I had my car washed on Saturday 17/11/2018 for my important wedding event the next day. I came on Thursday 16/11/2018 and spoke with the Manager which I believed he was genuinely helping me when assessing the car and I was being told to have the clay bar done on the car because of the tree sap and it might take 1.5 hours to be done. I agreed to take the Clay Bar and Deluxe package (wash and clean inside & out) for $130 on the next day.

I came on Saturday and spoke with a bloke for the service around 4.15 pm and being told to be back at 5.15 pm to pick up the car. I thought it could be faster because it wasn't that busy anymore around that time, so I left.after only 40 mins, I was being told that the car was ready, which was really quick for clay bar (not sure how they did it).

I went to pick up the car and it was a terrible job, the car was full of bumps on the hood, bonnet and rear booth when running fingers on them. They were plenty of white spots left that you can scrape off with the finger nail. So I told the bloke that was not done properly as from my understanding, clay bar should have removed all those bumps and make the surface smooth. The bloke took the car back in to re-cleaned as they said and it will take about 5 mins (doesn't make any sense at all on how they did it so quick but). The car came back after 5 mins and as I expected, nothing had been done properly still. So I said again to the guy about the concern and they had it cleaned in front of my eyes with some clay rag (not clay bar) or something and they are still unable to clean it properly.
The so called Deluxe package was like a candy. The interior still have plenty of dust on the handbrake and center console. The carpet didn't look like it was shampooed at all.

I lose hope with these guys. What they have told me was that the car is black color and they cannot clay bar it too hard as it will scratch the car? Furthermore, they said the bumps was because of the dust that settled on on their washing area (doesn't make sense as if it just from that short moment of 5 minutes, the dust should be able to be wipe off easily). The most funny part was, the staff told me, that the manager didn't really understand what needs to be done for the car to be exact as they as a worker know better (not sure who should get trained in here). I reckon the staffs just rushing it and don't want to take responsibilities as the time constraint which is not professional at all since you took my money fully.

And don't tell me as an excuse, that I have never use your service as I am not in your system. I have the receipt and know the name of the persons I spoke with. Take this as a feedback to improve your service.

Absolute amazing job on my alloy wheels. There was no way I thought they would be able to repair them. I was so wrong! They look like new trims. Could not be happier. The service from Ahmed was first class too.

My mom took me with her today to Fine Shine to get her Car washed, we did the deluxe and polish for $99, and the car came out like new, my dad thinks that we have a new car and asked me to write this review, thank you to the staff that made it easy when they explained what was needed, will recommend to anyone

Good Clean but the Cleaners are Stealing from Cars! Three times now i've had items stolen! First was my aux adaptor, second was my pocket knife and last was money from my door pocket, only a couple of $ but I know where my stuff is and when it goes missing after a clean it pisses me off! Get more reliable & trustworthy guys FineShine or at least train the current ones to stop stealing!
