My car was in desperate need of some TLC not washed for about 2 years and then got saturated inside from flooding and really bad mould set in. So a real challenge in anyone's books.
Sam and his team just took it in his stride and reassured me that everything that could be done would be done. Came back and my wife's initial reaction says it all "oh my god the car looks fantastic". This is the place you need to go to if you want things done right.
Car smells fresh carpets are great and outside of car has a fantastic shine and looks like a fresh off the showroom floor.

I’d love to share my experience. I was greeted by Wissam at Fine Shine from my very first visit, and I wanted to publicly share just how amazing my experience with him was. Coming into the place was very unclear as to what I wanted and what worked out best for me, but Wissam was able to help with all my questions and more! He was extremely understanding, very attentive and was successful in turning all my dreams, needs and wants into a reality. He really is the definition of going “above and beyond” and I was extremely proud to have him! After a discussion with Wissam, I had my vehicle detailed and a paint and leather protection applied and I’ve never been happier! The customer service shown by not just Wissam but all the employees there was divine and much greater then any I’ve seen at other places! Friendly, professional and well priced. I took my Subaru Forester for a long drive down to Victoria over the Easter weekend and it was a mess when I brought it back. The guys at fine shine cleaned it up better than when I bought it. Highly recommended car wash and the best in the area

My car was flooded in the rains a few weeks back and a large infestation of mould grew throughout the whole car. Sam and the boys took it under their wing for a whole week, drying the pools of water in there out and completely killing the mould. The car I got back looked nothing like my old car - Sam had even cleaned the outside. When I couldn’t pick it up because I wasn’t in Sydney he had no troubles letting me leave it safely with him. These guys went above and - couldn’t recommend highly enough! Thank you!

I was recommended about Fine Shine Car Wash, Detailing and Paint Protection by one of my friends. I was extremely pleased with the results. Have an Audi Q7 and we have three golden retrievers, As you can imagine with three dogs and wear tear, this care was looking brand new. I was amazing the level of cleanliness, detailing and a thorough job done. My Q7 was spotless and when I picked up the car, it looked out of the showroom. I will highly recommend the place. Staff are extremely friendly especially Sam. Sam kept me posted throughout the process, explained what was needed and the best options. It does work well especially if you use the Audi service center, they will pick the car up post the service, keep you posted, will inform the plan, costing etc. All in all it is 10/10 for the service i.e. Quality, timelines and cost effectiveness too. Will recommend Sam, very professional and knowledgeable.

I had just bought a used Mitsubishi Lancer 2011, it had a funky smell, interior and boot looked like it was never cleaned before. A lot of sand and dried surfboard wax deeply embedded in carpet that was in terrible condition. I tried to clean the car myself and even got the supplies for it but it was just too much, I needed some professional help. Barco from Fine Shine attended to me promptly and he was very friendly. I know it's a difficult case so he assured that Fine Shine will try their best. I got a full interior detail and Barco sweetened the deal by adding on a free car wash, MUCH discounted air vents clean and polishing. I love how flexible they are at cutting a good deal and it shows in the other reviews as well. My appointment was at 11am and I was asked if I could collect the car the next day around noon, as they wanted time to do a good job. When I finally got my car again, I WAS SO IMPRESSED, I sat inside and literally said "Oh my god, it's crazy". The car smelled new, the dash and centre console were very clean. My biggest worry was the carpet but even that looked almost new! It was unbelievable. Fine Shine did miss out on a few details though: Dirt on the handbrake when it is down (understandably, they cleaned the car with handbrake up the whole time), the inside of the left dashboard vents were not vacuumed (I could see the same amount of dirt as before), rails holding upholstery were dusty (perhaps the seats were not shifted during cleaning). These details would be something they can improve on in the future. That being said, I think they did a SUPERB job at a good price with additional deals. Everything was as good as I could hope for. It's almost been a month since the cleaning and I am still wondering how they do it!

Sammy and the boys did a fabulous job transforming my BMW X1. Professional friendly service and outstanding attention to detail. The interior was immaculate and the exterior was like a mirror finish. I highly recommend Fine Shine, l won’t go anywhere else!

Had the full detailing and paint correction have to say have had this service done with other car wash can't compare the quality they produce did drive over 30 minutes to try there service and was amazed by the finish product will be back soon thanks to Sam was good to deal with

I wish to thank the fabulous staff at Fine Shine in Zetland who not only washed and polished my black Lexus to the extent that it quite literally looks brand new, but also removed and buffed the yellowed headlight covers, something my own mechanic claimed he couldn't do. As a final gesture, they paid my $18 shopping centre parking fee I couldn't believe it. They are absolute gems. Huge respect.

I was looking at buying a new car but after taking my car of 6 years to Fine Shine for a detailing and polish my car now looks like a brand new car! They are professional and provide an outstanding service. Highly recommend!

First time getting car washed,
I got Deluxe Wash & Vaccum for $70 cash for my brand new suv, overall it was so nice but both side door frames were the only one they forget to clean. But I still gave you 5 stars
Would recommend you to get your car washed in here and of course this place will be my fav!
