If you want privacy in a gym as a female while you are burning calories don’t wait Harry up and join this gym. Many option for busy working woman so many type of classes for working out ️‍️. I love Zumba and yoga. FIT30 is great way on intense body muscles and so more. Super facility infect day care if you are mum they provide good care of you child in day care area. Breakfast too.

I didn't like the place very much.
Wasn't to my expectations of I really wanted.

I went to Fernwood fitness today for trial as I bought the voucher from groupon (20$ for a month). When I visited the gym the lady said I need to pay 79$ for security FOB. I told her that no where on groupon terms and conditions it is mentioned I need to buy security FOB as they have mentioned on voucher terms and conditions that I can visit only in staff hours. The lady said we are not aware of groupon voucher and we have no connection with them. She said we dont know what groupon says on their website even though the groupon has clearly named Fernwood fitness parramatta with hours applicable. The lady was extremely rude and not helpful. Inspite of telling her that I will pay security FOB at the time of enrollment once my trial is over. She said I need to pay security fob charges now and also again when I enroll. Even though their business is clearly linked with groupon, it is hideous of them to not to mention security charges in groupon voucher sale. Wasted my morning with Fernwood fitness. I will never come here again! ! You dont know the hidden charges unless you walk up and enroll. And yes the pain to follow up for my refund of unused voucher is real!

I’d say the best Fernwood I’ve been! Friendly reception, really good spacious layout- especially the class room. Sherwin Pui is a really good trainer- love her Fatburner and Ball fit classes- love the positive energy and how she incorporates weights and cardio with clear instructions and set timings.

Worst customer service. Charges me membership fees after cancellation. Have harassed me to make the payments even though the gym promotes women’s health and well-being.

Laura. Such an amazing and professional yoga instructor. I Absolutely loved my first yoga class with her in Fernwood Parramatta. A bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. If you’ve been through a rough day, this class will set you back on the right path.

Absolutely love this gym! Been here since 2018, being a mum of 2 the crèche has been the biggest life saver Atty has taken care of my older daughter while I used to train, and now my second child she is absolutely amazing with children, she’s the reason I’m here I trust her so much with my girls. Vicki the trainer has been here also since I’ve started back in 2018 an absolute gun! She makes sure you make the most out of your workout in the most genuine way! Grateful for a females only gym I can fully feel comfortable and at home with.

This has been my second home for over 20 years, and current management has been the best ever especially after a small reno during our most recent lockdown. Staff are friendly and professional; and the gym floor is always filled with great vibes from encouraging trainers working with; or ladies working out independently; all trying to have fun while achieving their fitness goals. Group fitness and F30 classes are run by awesome instructors and honestly brought me to a fitness level I never possible. This is the place to have fun, make friends plus get healthy and fit.

Fernwood is such an amazing environment to workout in, I feel empowered, welcome, and the staff are so friendly and help you with whatever you need!

Love being at Fernwood Parramatta (and I have been going on and off since about 2017). I feel safe & comfortable being at a woman only gym. Trainers are friendly, supportive and there are a great variety of classes including yoga, pump and my new favourite FIIT30. Each class changes regularly so you are constantly pushing yourself and not doing the same thing each week. The woman are amazing to train with - super supportive and encouraging.

Love the vibe and atmosphere of Fernwood Parra under new management! Wonderful classes that are super accomodating whether you're a morning person or an evening person. Loving the FIIT30 classes at the moment- it's great to work out together with a group of wonderful, supportive queens!

If going to the gym is a chore, this place pitches in and makes it fun. Staff are friendly, helpful and non judgemental. Facilities are clean, well kept and organised. For a small space there is a variety of equipment and activity zones. Creche makes it easy to come even with bub, and when its time to go, the shower area is well maintained with simple grooming accessories, and a steam room. All that's wanting is a pool

Very friendly staff, heaps of different equipment and great classes available. 24/7 very convenient.

Really nice all female gym. It's been made over quite nicely and feels comfortable with nice little touches to make it feel homely. The atmosphere is generally nice and friendly. It always smells nice also. They could do with a few more cardio machines but that was the only gripe. Much better than the Fernwood where I've moved to so don't judge all Fernwood clubs based on one individual one. I was quite happy with my membership here whilst I lived in the area.
