I join the stidio from the srart in Oct. Love the programs, love all instructors who remember your name and callong your name, it is some kind of personal touch. Every day you walk in with surprises and curiosity about what exercise will be, it is fun and excited. From the beginer, I feel that the trainers pushes you hard enough (not over pushing) which is good as everyone has diferrent level of fitness. Thanks F45 Meadowbank, keep up the good work! Cheers
