Not sure about excellent services more like Scammers. Got over sold for extra services once they arrived to my place but the services were never done. I asked for a partial refund which they agreed on but the refund was never made. Don’t waste your money using this company

Great service by Max and Monica! They are very friendly, thorough with their cleaning, very quick and also priced well. Not only did they clean our carpets and couch thoroughly, they also offered us tips to maintain! They went above and beyond to set up space on our balcony to place the cushions outside to dry quickly. Thank you so much for your service, it was lovely meeting you both. We highly recommend and will definitely book in again!

Due to my limited budget, I did not believe I could afford to hire professionals to clean the upholstery. I could not have been happier when I discovered Excellent Service. Their services were both reasonably priced and of high quality

He stated call out fee is $100 minimum and his site said $80. He stated that offer is over. Seems like he wants to rip people off.

The result of Excellent Service's work on my Persian rug took my breath away. The rug cleaners are not only efficient but also thorough. The stains were eliminated, and I felt that my money was well spent. I will use this rug cleaning service again without question.

Sam from Excellent Services was amazing! He thoroughly cleaned two of our mattresses and fabric couch, all three look brand new (he managed to get out dirty paw print stains from our couch that we had been scrubbing at for weeks!) He was extremely quick in getting back to my initial inquiry, very polite, great value pricing and was able to fit us in and complete the services the next day! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future ️

I highly recommend this business for the most effective couch and curtains cleaning services. The representatives were punctual, courteous, and friendly. Moreover, they did an excellent job cleaning my stained couch. Months-old stains have vanished! I was unable to believe it. I will most certainly use them again specially for my curtains

Rude customer service. They came for carpet cleaning on time however all of the stains remained even after cleaning.

Amazing! I've had the pleasure of experiencing this service, not once but twice. Most importantly I've had the up most pleasure of having sam work on my sofa, again not once but twice! & deliver both times. He's a miracle worker and god knows I didn't make it easy for him, but back to back he hasn't disappointed so far, & he's always delivered the results I wanted, even when I thought they were impossible. I will continue to call sam when needed forever! He's proved himself and his work to me, cause that was a close one! I thought I needed a whole one sofa to be honest! I only wish I had a picture of how bad it really was so everyone could see what he was up against, good job & keep it up.

I contacted them a month ago, they should come on Monday, try to called them 3 times, email and messages on Friday to confirm that they were coming. No answer. Today Monday called 2 times alredy and again they didn't answer and didn't even come. Not professional at all and now I have to find other company to do it as soon as possible.

Received finally a message at 1pm from the owner complaining about my review instead of apologies for his poor professionalism. He didn't send any message or proof about covid. Even if that's the case they should contact me to say that they are not coming instead of let me be waiting.
He called me lier just because he acted wrong and I let people know. Really horrible experience.

Sam is very profressional and accomodating. We work from home and sam was happy to work around so we can still do our calls etc.the quality of work is really good plus he is easy to talk too.
