I found the girls are very nice and I am happy with my service. I have had Botox and under eye threads with Stefanie and she was very professional and gentle and I am happy with my results. The service here is ok but there products are terrible. I went in for an acne peel and the lady there suggested an acne serum and retinol. I started using acne serum and my skin became so sensitive and I got a rash. I thought may be it’s not the serum. I gave it a break for few weeks and tried it again and the rash came back. So it’s definitely the serum. I never used that until now. Ok I then started using retinol and my skin started to feel itchy, again I gave it a few days and tried again. It happened again. Yesterday I thought may be my partners skin can resist that but this morning his eyes got swollen because of retinol. I am chucking them in the bin. Very disappointed.

Today I visited Evolution Laser Clinic at Bankstown for Botox and have to say that this has been the best Botox experience ever. Nurse Stef was incredibly knowledgeable and has an amazingly gentle touch which kept me relaxed. This is now my 'go to' for all my cosmetic injections.

I come here for my laser appointments a few times and Nisrine has always done an amazing job. She’s always so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Love her work

I’ve been to evolution clinic a couple times and I must say the stuff are soooooo nice. I’ve treated fairly, with respect and no judgement. There was one in particular that stood out to me. She made me feel comfortable and made any procedure I did painless. I’ve recommended her to my friends and they have enjoyed her company as well. Her name is Nisrine. Came in today and was treated by Nessrine! She is amazing and honest with her skin care advice. Nessrine was so welcoming and inviting I felt so comfortable during my treatment. Look forward to coming in again and getting the glow boosting treatment she recommended.

Had the amazing nurse alise do my cheek filler she is so amazing at her job so gentle and calm which made me feel comfortable as it was my first time doing the treatment! She is so knowledgeable! Wouldn’t let anyone else do my cheeks love her! She is the best injector at evolution

Had a just ok first time ever hydrodermabrasion, I don’t know if it’s the actual treatment or the practitioner but my skin didn’t improve much and the girls here weren’t very welcoming but nice facilities

Worse and worsen service i had ever got very rude staff no attention and customer service provided never ever recommend anyone to go this place. Very unproffessional untrained and rude staff. I JUST GOT 2 mins late while walking in the bankstown and i travelled all the way from campbelltown and they refused to do my lazer just because of 2 mins. Worse service i have ever had in my life

So un happy today i always do laser here and i drive all the way from hurstville to bankstown this time i had no appointment but i said ill leave my son with my mom so i drove all the way and i arrived and the girl on the reception came out if the room nicely i said can you fit me in please i came all the way she said no and not even a smile so one of the patients told her its ok i will cancel my appointment and give it to her and she said no who are you to say no how rude not your business to even say no
And theres 2 iraqi ladies there so not nice not even a smile on there face and but the other girls are beautiful vanessa alia but im never going there again

I've called evolution centre in Bankstown to book an appointment for laser hair removal "Brazilian and U/A" today 20.08.2018, the lady has booked me in at 12: 10pm. I've made it there on time sharp, and I had to wait about more than 20 mins "No joke", because the customer before me was running late, I was expecting the working lady to apologize for the delay, but nah!
I got to the room about 12: 33 and I've finished by 12: 40.
Walked out to pay, and I've explain my frustration of being waiting for more than 20 mins when I've already came on time for my appointment, and I was expecting some complementary service for next time or a discount for the inconvenience happened, but they said it's already $29 reduced. And they say if you don't wanna pay that's alright, I'm not after a free session, I'm upset with the behaviour.
I would understand the 20 mins waiting if I've walked in, or if it was only 5 or 10 mins of the wait for my appointment, but what really made me angry that the receptionist and working lady both didn't find it big issue, neither apologize, saying that normally they wait long time at the hairdresser! And what made it even worse that the receptionist has hold the coffee cup saying: that was only 10 mins of the wait just like drinking coffee! And the other working lady was saying: we get that busy that we can't even have lunch break!
First of all, it wasn't 10 mins only, and secondly you're getting paid to do the job, and I have nothing to do with your lunch break. I'm paying for a service that I'm expecting.
I've done so many laser hair removal sessions in a different places, but NEVER faced this before!
And Because it didn't really matter for them, the receptionist said: it's up to you if you wanna come back again.
Fine, Next time I'll go to another hair laser removal centre and they can definitely match the price.
*you can get back to the surveillance cameras to check the time and see how the staff is ridiculously liar and rude.

As with every service provider in life, one will get varied service and results depending on the person providing the service. Unfortunately, there are wild inconsistencies and it takes a while to settle on someone that seemingly cares and does a half-decent job. This applies to all industries.
The prices here for laser hair removal are reasonable according to the market average and even cheaper when on sale. No complaints there.
Where the dissatisfaction does arise however, is with the service provided. My first couple of visits were with a therapist whom i'd hoped knew what she was doing, but in fact came across indifferent, disinterested and lacking in passion for her job as if she was only there to collect her paycheck. This translated into treatments that weren't thorough. She didn't appear to like doing the area "further down" if you catch my drift, and looked to skim on that entire area, whilst paying more attention to the upper area. If a customer pays for a Brazilian Laser treatment, they expect to get their money's worth, not a half-arsed job.
As a result, I got patchy results. My last and final visit there, I requested someone else as the particular therapist I'd booked for my initial three visits repeatedly exhibited a lack of thorough care and attentiveness.
The new therapist that treated me was more thorough and generally seemed to have more enthusiasm and energy for her job. That made a world of difference. This was of course after she questioned me as to whether i'd been there before and i had explained why i wasn't resuming with the prior therapist, so she knew of my dissatisfaction.
I did four treatments in total. I most likely won't be back despite the very reasonable prices when on sale.
Lastly, for some reason, I keep getting SMS's from them informing me that I have future appointments in the Sydney CBD branch of all places which I had never booked. I don't know whether they do that on purpose as a selling/marketing tactic but it comes across dodgy.
I think business establishments need to stop treating the customer as if they are stupid because it's quite transparent what you are doing and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. It certainly does not make me want to return. You are actually creating the opposite effect of your intention to attract customers to your business.

Don't go there for facials. They don't do skin consultations before the peel. Skin was burning and very dry and red. Don't go there!

Edit: i have emailed you a month ago, like you asked but no response. I believe this is because you know that your therapist was in the wrong and are avoiding me! This goes to show the type of terrible business you are conducting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If your unsure and this is a place that have some sales, and you are curious, don't attend. Believe me, you will regret it.

Went to get my back and under arms done. I am happy with the price and service. I will be going back for my second treatment for sure.
