I was so scared to get laser done until I came in to evolution bankstown and got served by the amazing sandy she explained the whole process from A to Z she made me feel so comfortable and confident I was so nervous and now I’m doing my skin with her and I’m absolutely amazed how my skin is glowing the whole time if you want an excellent experience see sandy she has an excellent customer sandy thank you sandy thank you

I have been going here for a year now and the service has been exceptional every time. I highly recommend Dee for your laser she makes the whole laser experience comfortable and is extremely friendly. The clinic is very welcoming and all the staff are amazing to talk to. Vanessa has been a gem throughout my laser experience and she is always very helpful!

The laser hair removal is great but skin treatments are horrible I did microdermabrasion and skin needling no results at all I was was very disappointed wast of my money

The staff were pleasant on arrival however the conversation they were having with one another had nothing to do with promoting the business or showed any interest in the clients waiting for treatments! Another family entered the clinic with their take away McDonalds. There were five in total. I found this not really conducive to a professional anaesthetic based clinic. There were three staff members who disappeared out the back. They did not take clients with them so I have no idea what they were doing. Im am an RN and also a qualified nurse injector and have been to the clinic when it was upstairs with a great experience being had. Today I just left after sitting there for 20 minutes with no explanation as to who would be treating me. There was a lovely young Asian looking staff member who had just finished a treatment with a client she was answering the phone plus taking enquires from the walk ins. I have no idea what the other three staff were doing as they were out the back. She requested they assist her with the phone as it continued to ring plus answer the walk in clients questions.
I’m sure the owner of the business would be disappointed at the lost opportunity to promote a much more professional clinic environment and also the lost revenue and opportunity to increase business.
I was definitely after IPL and even nurse injector treatments but after my experience today that won’t be happening. Thanks. Sheldon Sullivan

Sandy had amazing customer service and really knows her products. She made my skin look amazing!

Lovely ladies, especially my therapist Linh, who was very thorough and professional. While performing a facial chemical peel she added a welcomed head massage to make the experience more relaxing and pleasing. Her attention to detail and going the extra is commendable and sets Evolution above the rest.

My mum did her face at your store today (Bankstown) The employees name was sandy she was excellent and very lovely. Provided us with all the details we need and helped us with everything we asked for or enquired about. Such a lovely young lady. Highly recommend her!

I attended the Evolution laser place at BANKSTOWN I have to say the staff are all respectful, polite and very good communicators. I also want to add that Vanessa is a fantastic manager, she is polite and kind with an outstanding character. She’s willing to support and listen to her clients. I had two facial treatments conducted by sandy at evolution laser clinics bankstown and I have never experienced such exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond and talked me through the whole process and made sure that each treatment was suited to my skin needs. There is no one else that I would trust with my skin as it is very sensitive and dry and prone to congestion. After every appointment I feel so fresh and my skin is radiant and hydrated. I highly recommend Sandy for any person that wants high quality service.

By far one of the best laser clinics in bansktown Central. Service is highly convenient to organise appointments and payments, the employees bave a high level of mannerism with respect for all individuals. From a past history of evolution appointments, all appointment have been great with no issues involved. Moreover, anyone can call up and book an appointment within 5 days, if you are running late there is no need to stress it they work out something for you.evoultions level of hygiene is there top priority as well as best service provided for there clients.

Nurse Steffany is so welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable, was extremely happy with the whole procedure and the end result! Would highly recommend Steffany:) she exceeded every expectation I had.
