We had many difficulties with our block and had terrible encounters with other other builders. But from the the moment we met Mersina, she put our minds at ease creating the perfect custom design for our difficult block. She spent a lot of time with us, and her knowledge about home design and requirements is second to none. She not only designed the home of our dreams - she was able to include an attached granny flat too!

Peter, our site supervisor was fantastic, kept the job going and kept us informed every step of the way. He ensured that the house would be handed over before Christmas, which it has been! The quality of the build is also clean and well done, we are particularly impressed with the brickwork.

Vanessa has also been great. She is well organised, quick with email replies and very helpful with all our questions. She also guided us through the colour selection appointment and we are very happy with the scheme and finishes we selected.

Everyday Homes create more than just “everyday homes” they create family homes where we look forward to create many memories. Highly recommended!

Being a first home buyer I really had a great experience when I purchased a house and land package in Bardia. Customer Service was brilliant dealt with MERSINA. I want to express my appreciation to MERSINA for her continuous help and friendly manner and strong customer service skills.

We’ve been in our Everyday home for 6yrs now and we’re as happy with our home now as we were the day we moved in. After visiting every home display within driving distance we were beginning to be disappointed with the mind boggling choices and massive variation in prices.
From the minute we walked in to the Everyday display home we were greeted by Mersina with a huge smile. She advised us to look at the land at Harrington Grove and offered to design a home that would suit our family’s needs. She promised us the best price for a quality build and no hidden costs, with everything disclosed up front…and she delivered. Her personal service was second to none, nothing was too much to ask. Her patience with our indecisions and her guidance and advice were invaluable.
A few years ago we decided to build an investment property and the first person we called was Mersina. After many discussions with her and picking her knowledgeable brain we started on the journey again. Again we had a streamlined experience with fantastic results. We drive past our future home frequently and found out that the driveway is not the way we expected and frame work already done to put concrete, so we spoke to Mersina about the driveway and explained the way we would like to have.

I have visited their Display home at Oran Park and I fully convinced and found like peace of mind from their quality of products and work commitment, which were explained by Mersina an exceptional sales representative even though she has never sound like a sales person, I have found Everyday homes doing their business with strong commitment and Integrity.
