Everyday homes, our builder built our house in Macdonald Road, Bardia, NSW 2565. We got 100% satisfaction with their works and maintenance and also wonderful and effective service after handover. The best thing is Everyday homes follows all the rules and regulations very carefully. They did the right things as they promised. We did not find and hide and seek games in them. All their staffs (including Alex, Monica, Brendan, Sarah) are very friendly and effective and also sincere about their jobs. We found “They take their client’s any issue seriously and they work hard until they solve the issue of their client. We are so thankful to them all. And thanks to all of the Staffs including Sam. All of you are FIVE STAR!

Couldn't give me a price for what I requested without having the run-aroud. Sales staff at the display world quoted an extra $200k for the build price. When confronted they still over quoted by $30k. When shown the actual price, sales rep said "I always over quote" then smiled. As I walked out of the display home the sales rep made an under breath comment "what is his problem". Built with Everyday homes in 2022, Home and Land package, build quality is satisfactory, finishing is good as well. The upgrades I requested were completed as per my expectations. So far satisfied.

Very unprofessional at Oran Park went in to look at displays asked person working if I could have a price on house displayed straight up told me 480k without even looking it up I said ok walked through liked what I saw asked him if I could have a proper price not a pf the top of his head quote straight up will be $500 no thanks extremely rude ill go take my money elsewhere

Great builder who offered me excellent value for money workmanship. Found them professional and responsive to many questions. Feel very grateful to have built with professionals who did their best to come very close the final contract price with very little variations being signed. In a time of supply chain shortages and tradespeople being hard to come by this went a long way.

It is a great service from Everyday Homes. Their building quality, understanding customer needs, design, product quality, product selection, pricing and finally ontime completion without any hassle is amazing.

When my fiancé and I started our journey towards getting our feet in the door to the property market we carefully searched for a building company that we felt comfortable with and one that was within our budget. After weeks of searching and let downs as the market was moving too fast, we finally found hope in Everyday Homes in April 2021 when we purchased our very first House & Land package.
Unfortunately there were some delays due to the COVID pandemic, unforeseen lockdowns and then the floods that occurred, however, Everyday Homes tried their best to build our house within a reasonable timeframe and would always give us updates via our client portal. Our land settled in October 2021, our slab finally went down in May 2022 and we received our keys in December 2022. A special mention to Vanessa who was always willing to answer any queries we had and was so patient with us as this was our very first time building. Vanessa is extremely helpful, proficient and warm towards her clients. We also had a great experience with our site supervisor Grant who was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our house was built to a high standard.
We can’t thank Everyday homes enough for building our first property with such care, professionalism, dedication and quality.
Even through all the challenges, Everyday Homes has made our first building experience a great one and we highly recommend their services.

We bought a home & land package with Everyday Homes last year when everyone was looking for a property. There were no home & land packages available anywhere, but we were so lucky to stumble upon Bill. Bill was very helpful and insightful and suggested a home + land package that would be suitable for us. We snatched up one of the last few home and land packages they had at the time and it was very reasonable and within our budget.
COVID has unfortunately slowed down the process a lot, and it has been frustrating, but we know Everyday Homes has done everything they can to register our land & build our home. Vanessa has been amazing and patient with us, answering all our questions and queries throughout the build process as well as keeping us updated. Grant is a dedicated building site manager and we know he holds his builds to a high standard. We arranged for a private building inspector to assess the home on all 4 stages and apart from a few minor issues - he was impressed with the quality! That in itself says a lot.
With such a shaky building market at the moment - we were not concerned with Everyday Homes having an issue. Compared to other companies, they have kept their variations reasonable and we can see on their social media that they were constantly handing over homes & developing new ones!
We are almost at the handover stage and we will be moving into our home feeling confident with the quality of build. We are so excited and cannot thank the Everyday Homes team enough!

One professional who stands out from the Maintenance Team is Mathew Weeks (Matt) whom I’ve had the pleasure to interact with on a few occasions. Matt brings to any task a great attention to detail and varied highly experienced skillset. He approaches his work with a sense of purpose and takes pride in his workmanship and result. With his eagle eye, he’s been able to spot areas of concern and remedy the situation permanently. With a great personality, he puts the client at ease with his reassurance in the task he has come to work on and the expectation of the result.

My wife and I are always happy to know that Matt will be involved in the maintenance work in our home as he is very neat and precise. Matt is a real asset to Everyday Homes and we wish him and Everyday Homes well in growing and progressing in leaps and bounds.

Building my first home on my own was a daunting experience, especially during the current pandemic, the lockdown and the halt on construction during the lockdown. Monica and the team at Everyday Homes made the building process effortless with their professionalism, advice, regular updates through their portal, emails and they were always there to answer any questions I had. My partner and I built our first property with Everyday Homes. We are blown away by the amazing service we received as well as the quality of our build. Sam gave us all the information we needed as first home buyers, always talked us through any concerns and provided solutions immediately to any minor issues. His team were all easy to deal with and made the process a smooth one. This is our first home and we never regretted that we chose Everyday Homes. We got a tight budget as a first homeowner, and luckily we found this builder who fits our budget. We thought that materials will be compromised because of the budget but we were mistaken, unbelievably all materials and workmanship are at top quality. We may have a cute little package that is a detached house and we are happy for the design that they presented us. Big or small budget they have all the packages that suits you. Thanks for all the team from start to finish. We were just renting near the construction site of our house so it was like we see the progress of the build each day, it was very exciting!
