49Very dangerous app. Etoro closed a stock (GME) in the middle of the day while people are trading. Not reliable at all.
I have been trying to withdraw for over a month, they don't respond to tickets and keep closing them. Beware this is a scammy company
Made a deposit through wire transfer 2 weeks ago and did not see the funds reflected in my account balance.
Submitted a new ticket however not getting any further update except the same robotic reply.

Made 2x wire transfer on 21th Jan 2021 but I only received 1x transfer. Logged the ticket (eToro ticket# 01676809) and there is no any response more than 10 days. Really really poor customer service!
They never even read your complaint its all pre-writting reply sent by BOT or automated message. My account is not verified and its going on fron 29 January - 2021. Lucky That My money is not caught with them automated Idiots. They even reply to me in Arabic without checking my language thats how bad their automated systems are
Same experience as others. Made a wire transfer a month ago and the money is not in my account. Nobody reply to my tickets and emails. Wish I had read the reviews before deciding to throw my money away! It's a fraud!
Transfer by wire transfer, then they sent an email back asking why the nickname on my bank account contains my boyfriend name as well. Sent the documents back within 5 mins, no answers and under review for days. Stay away from this company. Case number 01659729
Update: Receive money back after 3 weeks but I will never use this broker again, not for my heart attack
Worst experience of all time. I placed in more money but through my sons card where they then locked me out of everything not letting me buy and stocks nor withdraw anything. This situation happened more than a month ago and they still haven’t been able to reply back with a solution. Very poor communication as they have stopped now even replying to my messages. I highly do not recommend using eToro anymore.

After many calls to Etoro Australia, I called the customer service on 2012/2/12.
They finally sent an account manager to serve me and my money was finally credited.
