Wow, reading these other reviews is weird. I joined Etoro beginning of May 2021 and it's been absolutely great. I've been dealing with Josh in the Sydney who has been awesome at explaining everything and very easy to get in touch with. Their app has all the info you need but is sometimes a bit tricky to find but still a great platform.
The best feature is the ability to copy others for those of you who are lazy like me.

Absolute scam artists, i tried to withdraw money and they basically gave me half the funds i withdrew back. They keep no record of withdrawals on your profile. After countless hours on the phone to the bank and etoro there has been no progress and they keep closing the case. I would not recommend this service to anyone and would advise you to take screenshots of the whole withdrawal process so you have proof if this happens to you.

Totally rubbish. This whole month I tried 4 times to withdraw same fund and etoro kept cancelling my withdrawal request. Think more times if anyone want to deposit fund to etoro. Because no one knows how long it takes to withdraw fund. I wish I could give 0 ratings.

Worst experience I've ever had with a broker. I put in my withdrawal on the 23/04/2021 and still 9 days later have not received my money. Have attempted to contact the company numerous times, can never speak to anyone and the few times I have been able to they have not been helpful whatsoever and have told me that they aren't sure where my money is. This is a large sum of money, I have NO receipt for this transaction and absolutely no idea where this money is as they don't have a finance office in Australia. After numerous emails over the past few days, which none have been replied to I still have no further information as to what is happening with this withdrawal and am VERY appalled and disappointed with the customer service that I have dealt with over the past few days from this company. I have used numerous brokers in the past and this is by FAR the worst that I have dealt with and do NOT recommend anybody use this company as they show no sense of responsibility with other people's money! I will definitely bring this forward to the AFCA.

I was just trying it out to see what investments I could make and they took $1000 in one hit and I’m now broke I’ve got bills to pay and that money is to see me through the week and I’ve got nothing I’ve submitted a withdrawal and send countless emails and gone on their Twitter and haven’t heard anything yet if you are decent human beings please give me my money back immediately

Bad experience! It took 45 days to have my money out of them, which almost makes me think they are a scammer! Lost my 45 days interest and investment opportunity. Nearly wanted to file them with Fair Trade! EToro, where is my interest for these 45 days, huh?

Worst ever platform, I deposited my funds and it still showed nothing in my account for 20 calendar days, what a worst platform, use Stake, use IG but never use Etoro, sent a few tickets to them and they just resolved my tickets without resolving anything!

Quick and easy to put money into your account via Credit Card, but if you want to transfer into your account via Wire Transfer, you better be bloody patient because I haven't seen my large wire transferred amount in the account after 18 calendar days. I've chased this up numerous times, and have also asked my bank to trace where the money has lead. I will update the review once i hear a response.

Worst decision of all. I was looking for a easy to use, well known company to trade with - and my funds transfer hasn't even made it into my etoro account 11 days later. I have lodged a complaint, sent several emails and had no response to my irate emails.
I called the 1800 number and the poor girl on the other end had obviously had so many complaints she was numb to it.
I calmy explained and she was very apologetic, but was powerless to help.
Reading these reviews I can see that is is common.
I have definately lost money with trades I would have made, and regret choosing them.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS.

Deposited money via wire transfer (bank transfer) 10 days ago but still see my eToro balance as $0. After numerous emails and support tickets, no one ever responded. Will bring this to AFCA.

Disgustingly terrible service - customer service closes the ticket before I can even respond to say my query wasn't answered or issue wasn't solved.

Made a wire transfer 3 weeks ago. Documents are all submitted. Funds still not reflected in account. Zero updates, zero replies despite several emails and case tickets sent. I just want my money back!

You transfer money to utilize their product. The money never ends up in your eToro account. But wait. Etoro then NEVER RETURN YOUR FUNDS.

Then you realize that eToro's phone number DOESNT WORK. That you will NEVER be able to speak to someone. And whenever you contact their only means of human connection, their invaluable "support staff". They will explain it can take up to 10 days for the transfer to come back to you. Although you've now been waiting 40 days since you made the initial transfer.

Incredible company if you want to literally LOSE YOUR MONEY without even being given the option to trade it.

I wish I could give it 0. Took my funds and not showing up in account. Been after then for 2 weeks now and get standard response. Please do not use this platform. Use FP Markets, IB or Plus500. I ignored the poor reviews and now paying for it.

I’ve deposit RM4100 via local online banking. The money had deducted from my bank however it is yet to be seen in my Etoro account. I’ve sent in numerous tickets for enquiries but what i got was automated robotic reply it does not address my issue at all and my problem is not solve yet! Please refund my money! I am very stressed up everyday with finding ways to contact the company! No contact number, send in tickets wasnt responding, no email and who am i suppose to look for? Please get back to me as soon as possible!

I made a deposit one month ago and I still don’t see it on my account. I sent several emails to their customer assistance contact and opened two tickets in their customer support platform. Even though I provided all the documentation required, they don’t return the money back or provide any reasonable answer. They always answer that their working on it, but time keeps passing by without any solution. Absolutely not recommend this service to anybody. This company is a real fraud.
