I tried about 20 chairs one morning and the staff were so helpful, relaxed, and not salesy. When my chair was delivered it was damaged in transit, I contacted them and they were super responsive and had a replacement to me within days. Great service

Ergoport have been very helpful in setting me up with a new chair for my home office. They delivered the product quickly and also provided another chair, so I could make a choice between two options. I appreciate the convenience of their team coming to my home, rather than having to commute to them. Professional and efficient service. I had occasion to place an order at Ergoport for a Bodyblade, and spoke to Nora Boijer in their sales department.and having made payment I changed my mind and ordered another item and paid the difference in price.
At no time did I get the impression that this presented an problem.

I blew into their showroom not realizing it’s an office/showroom and these poor people were trying to have their lunch lol. Daniel quickly came over and introduced himself and took me through a thorough demo of the products I was interested in (with no pressure whats so ever). After placing an order online, Daniel called to let me know what was happening and organized for the courier to leave my desk in a safe place (I wasn’t home at the time of delivery).

The service I have received has just been top notch. Daniel was super helpful and answered all my random questions and helped me to decide what was right for me. If I ever need to upgrade or buy additional furniture, you better believe I will be coming back.

The staff at Ergoport are very helpful. The team loaned our organisation two chairs to test on site which was very useful, as our executives could test out chairs without having to travel to the showroom. We found that Dan Valenti was very responsive to our queries and always friendly to liaise with.

My department has height-adjustable desks for every staff member. Two years ago we found Ergoport and love the powered desks. It gives you a choice to position the desk at any height and has been very beneficial for our 180cm + staff. Our General Manager is a champion for choice and we are the envy of other departments.

I purchased an Embody Herman Miller chair on a Monday.they advised me they had a chair in stock (many other retail stores told me it would be a 12 week wait), they said it would arrive by end of week.the chair arrived on Thursday morning! Amazing service. I never write reviews - but in this case I felt they deserved 5 minutes of my time. Well done Ergoport.
