I had an issue with a chair I purchased from ergo port. When I contacted them about the issue they were keen to help me get this resolved as soon as possible.

There were some delays with the repair on the manufacturers end. But the staff at Ergoport were giving me constant updates on the status and I could tell they were doing everything they could.

What an incredible experience. I was looking for a new ergonomic office chair, and given that I am Melbourne-based, I called a few Melbourne-based retailers. I couldn't decide between three Herman Miller chairs (Cosm, Aeron and Mirra). Each chair was either out of stock (with a 12 to 14-week lead time) or was to be delivered in approximately two weeks. Then I stumbled upon Ergoport (and I'm so glad I did). Melissa went above and beyond; we discussed my requirements at length. She sent me images of the three chairs, I sent her pictures of my home office, and per her recommendation, I decided to go with the Cosm chair in nightfall. The chair arrived from Sydney within 48 hours, and I couldn't be happier - it perfectly matches the aesthetic of my home office and is legitimately the most comfortable chair I have had the pleasure of sitting on. I initially order the Herman chair from another website, only to be told that their inventory were incorrect and unable to make the delivery until May 2022 after I heard nothing from them for 3 weeks.

The lady from Ergoport even gave me a day before the delivery and asked if I would be available to receive it.

The delivery man was on time and called before delivery as well, Impressive service!

I was on their website looking for a chair to use while working from home. I called Melissa and she had a lot of great recommendations. I was really impressed with her knowledge of the products and accessories.

I ordered the Herman Miller Aeron and it has been a pleasant experience dealing with Melissa. The chair was delivered within 48hrs. I was a bit skeptical about shipping before but it seems like it was quick and hassle free.

Was looking for a monitor arm to use with my ultrawide monitor as the monitor arms from office works just were not doing the job as efficiently as i would like.

At first ergoport did not have the color of the monitor arm i wanted in stock but they went out of their way to get it from elsewhere for me and it arrived 2 days after i put the order in. The person I spoke to who helped me out through the whole process was very helpful, would definitely buy from these guys again and would recommend them to anyone.

I have recently ordered a Buro Mentor office chair and Agile Winder Desk to upgrade my working from home set up.
I visited the North Sydney showroom last Monday and was not only impressed with the range available to test before making my decision but the fantastic customer service demonstrated by Nora Boijer at every step of the process has been the stand out.
Nora's knowledge of the products helped me shortlist down to 2 chairs to choose from and made the decision on which stand up desk to choose simple.
Then the follow up on a price for the desk, notifying me the chair had been shipped and an eta on the table to arrive this week was excellent - examples of customer service I haven't experience in a long time.

Ergonomic is not a buzz word! I am SHOCKED at how good my HAG Capisco chair is. I though I was just buying an office chair but this is practically medicinal. Between the chair and Lee's advice on standing, sitting and 'perching' while working at my desk my back feels way better after only a week!

Lee and his team were very patient and very knowledgeable when it came to picking a chair. I came in a few times before deciding and every time I was given plenty of time until I decided on a Herman Miller Aeron! Now I love coming to work to sit on my new chair! Highly recommend Ergoport!

After placing order via website and getting a confirmation email, the next thing we hear again from the company is a buzz on the door at an unexpected time two weeks later. Voila- delivered with no notice beforehand from anyone! Lucky someone just happened to be home. A bit of forewarning would have been appreciated.

After spending hours online we went to Ergoport with no idea of what chairs we should get. We needed chairs to address back issues but didn't want boring black office chairs. Jo was amazing, so happy with our choice.
