Enmore Medical Practice

Extremely slow for covid vaccine. Sitting here for half an hour. We're the first appointment. The waiting Room is full of people who arrived on time, ready for a vaccine which takes 30 seconds elsewhere.

This is the second time we've encountered the same problem.

Terrible reception service, they booked a consultation for me I went there and they said it was a phone consultation, but they didn't mention that in the call. Then, they suggested seeing a second doctor who didn't have my files and history. Ended up I lost my time going there.
Today I've been calling the reception for 2h trying to get my referral, have been put in contact with different receptionists, no one was able to solve my problem so far.

I would give zero. Do not visit this hospitAl at all. Horrible service. They prioritise the patient on various basis and gives false information about the booking. Not once but twice that my appointment was cancelled with out any reason.

Went there just to know that i had no appointments even after booking the day prior. Been told that as you did not receive any messages, the booking was cancelled.

Do not come here! I saw Dr Gergis and I’ve never been more disappointed in a doctor. I was seeking advise in regards to my recent autism diagnosis and to find out what steps I should take next but getting answers from him was like pulling teeth. I came here looking for support and direction and left feeling even more overwhelmed and defeated than I already was.

Dr caetano failed to fulfill multiple promises failing to fill out extremely urgent scripts and lied about sending documents that I requested for important legal matters both things which Many would consider malpractice, I have given him a chance to right this wrong but it seems that he isn’t interested if it doesn’t involve money. I am happy to resolve this issue but it doesn’t seem like they want to help me

Have been a patient here for almost 2 years now and am currently in the process of finding a new practice.

Service from reception is generally horrendous - rude, condescending and a complete lack of empathy or patience. Not exactly the type of qualities you’d want for staff manning the front office at a medical practice. I dread having to call this office.

Have dealt with one great doc who unfortunately moved elsewhere. Current GP seems to rush through the checklists and does not seem to take the time to read up on my file before the scheduled phone appointments, causing details having to be repeated over and over.

I only come here when I’m desperate.
There’s really no point in giving people appointments if you can’t stick even remotely to some kind of schedule.
I get that sometimes patients need more time, but to be waiting over 45 mins after a scheduled appointment is a bit of a joke.
Don’t plan anything for afterwards, you’ll need the whole day to come to this place.

Made a booking just now for 3 people, Amy was so helpful and patient. Dr Richard Lee is a great GP, I would highly recommend.

Terrible. Long waiting times even when you have an appointment. When seen the doctors (particularly Dr. Peter Dobie) can't get rid of you fast enough.

Do not visit DR CONRAD MORZE for anything relating to birth control. He "does not believe" in contraception. Would not issue a repeat prescription for The Pill to an adult.

I have been going to Enmore medical Practice for a few years now and they have always been a good service but as of late I've specifically been seeing DR Rick Franklin, who is exceptional! He is personable and professional and easily is one of the best doctors I've had, cannot recommend him enough. Dr Lee is great also - patient, knowledgable and kind!

Dr Lee was great. Have never seen any other doctors, but have heard horror stories from friends. Admin is poor, the website is confusing and there is no communication about how and when to get results.

Large, bright waiting room and friendly receptionist. Based on other reviews here, I expected a very long wait but was called in after only a few minutes. The doctor I saw, Dr Sisi was efficient and knowledgeable and gave me easy to understand explanations. I was a bit worried I wouldn't remember everything, so she wrote down a plan of action for me and even gave me a handout to read about my condition. Would recommend!

Dr Richard Lee is an amazing asset to this Medical Practice, he genuinely CARES, and informs you of medication pros and cons, really calm. I will probably regret this as it'll be even more impossible to get an appointment with him but if it helps someone who really needs this kind of one in a million doctor it'll be worth it. I really hope you treasure and value him as a business.

Don't want to name shame but came here to get my spine checked as I recently fell, when I got called in, Dr. V didn't even bother to physically examine my back and my reflexes.she just told me to get a CT scan which turned out to be no issue. On the 2nd appointment, she finally felt my back after I asked her to and she told me to get another x-ray on a different part of my back. Had she felt/check my back the first time I wouldn't have to be exposed to radiation more than once.
Dr. Richard Lee however was fantastic on a different appointment regarding my mental health, I would visit him again.

Always a wait, but no clue why this place has so many bad reviews. I’ve come here multiple times and had a good experience. Always able to book me in for a last minute spot. Dr Lee is great.

Tried booking an appointment for Thursday and got one for Friday.fair enough, made an hour long journey from home.reached there on time and got to know that my appointment has been cancelled. They tried showing me a sms that was never delivered. Incompetent and inconsiderate service.

Appointments are always late. Don't ever count on your booking time cause there would be zero chance that you make it through before 45 minutes of wait. I don't even know why they have a booking system in place and if there is a manager in place to ever check that everything is always behind the schedule and needs to be revised. The receptionist is the rudest one can be and instead of apologising like a professional on behalf of the clinic told me "If you're unhappy about this go tell your doctor! "
I'm sorry do you think that when you are bulk billing you are actually free? ! Means that we are already paying for it through the tax we are paying non-stop!
It is a very clean place and in a good location but aside from that a business needs proper client oriented management and this clinic is definitely in desperate need of a proper change in staff and schedule.
Richard Lee is the best doctor in here but he is always late. The worst is Peter Dobie who clearly has issues with LGBTIQ community and refused to write me a simple PREP prescription which is even against the protocols of health NSW.

Dr Kavanagh, Dr Richard Lee and Dr RIyaz Thottakurichi and Dr Dino are all lovely. I've been coming here for years now. And the staff at the pharmacy next door are fantastic and so friendly.
