Enfield Produce: Pet & Garden Supplies

Its like this exotic place in a farm with lots of animals and food supplies. Price is cheap & good bargain here. Pets of all kinds, they look happy & healthy. I like everything except i wish the staff would have more knowledge of animals and the pigeon cage needs to be bigger, the birds need more room to move around.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. Easy to find and plenty of parking.they have everything from livestock to pet food and plants to gardening soil etc.parrots, bunny’s (we came home with one! See picture and feel your heart melt) chicks, and a wide range of pets at cheaper prices then I was quoted in most pet shops around Sydney.

Mostly dealt with Enfield produce online. Had couple of deliveries done and been really good. Stock are packed well for deliveries too so you know it's secured and safe with the couriers. Long way from home but one day will have to drive in to check the place out. But so far with the dealings, store have been very responsive and prompt with their responses and deliveries! Well done and thank you!

What a fantastic old school shop filled with happy and helpful staff and an incredible range of pet foods and grain supplies. Love visiting this place when I'm inner westing it up in Sydney

Only there quick, but great friendly and helpful staff.nice selection of birds, fish and other creatures.decent garden section with a nice selection f plants and other gardening needs too!

The place is cramped but full of interesting and noisy animals. The first thing I heard was a roosters crowing and lots of other cages with chirping and furry beasts.
And they sell good garden fertilizer as well.

Very interesting place with decent stock and friendly staff. Puts Petbarn to shame.
Was a bit shocked when the talking bird said hello. Sounded exactly like one of the other staff members too.

Great price on large cat litter trays that's compatible with oz pet. Need to improve website

Management should really look at staff who have some know how rather than opt for cheapest staff.

I would recommend some special investment in specific quality aviary supplies rather sell things that are of cheap quality.

A bit more of a range and more options in this area would boost your reputation.

I could buy so much more if you had better quality stock.

I was getting a heat bulb for my chooks, but I was very upset and shocked of the way the man spoke to me at the customer service checkout today whilst he was serving me. I was only repeating myself just for clarification to see which bulb to use for day and night and I have trouble understanding people sometimes because of my Autism disability. The man was losing his patience and his tone of voice was rude and unprofessional just because I was repeating myself for clarification and telling how I feel of his tone of voice. And I didn't mean to hold everyone up in line. Very rude and ignorant man with unprofessional attitude and bad customer service! Shame on you and don't treat your customers like that even if they have a disability like me! Never going back here again!

You need to know what you buying when you are there. Because the workers are tailgating you once you are in the shop.

I usually buy in store and happy with the products and service. But, have been let down with their online business.
I ordered 2 items Thursday lunchtime in the hope I would have them Friday afternoon. (I'm laid up in bed otherwise would have gone there myself.)
There was no tracking number with my order so the courier can't help without one. Last time I'll do anything on line with them.
The warehouse number did not answer. I trued 4 times.

Good servics. However, I have had bought three hens (2 brown and 1 black), none of them has laid any eggs after 2-3months, although I was advised that they would start to lay eggs after 3-4weeks, and even told the black one already started laying eggs!

Professional friendly advice on pets and plants good prices they stock everything or can get it for you plenty of helpful staff if you have lemon or citrus tree ask for $5 worth of citrus mix best in Sydney.

Cages dirty, water contaminated, sometimes no water at all, horrendous stench and rough handling of the animals, very unhappy with this place.

Purchased mealworms from them. Half of them were dead when I opened the bag. Contacted them. Said too bad and can't do anything.

Paid 31 of March and pay for express post to get the item as soon as couple days but! I didn't get it. Try to contact and website unavailable.abviosly they did not send it! The question is.why I have to pay express post and get the item same as normal one.

1kg of dead wood roaches arrived in the mail when I ordered LIVE food. $104 down the drain and customer service refuses to respond to my emails.
