Enfield Produce: Pet & Garden Supplies

Ordered a simple small product online come 5 days later there was no signs of it been posted so I called but there was no answer so left a message no one called back and then 2 days later it was finally posted so it basically took over a week to post 1 small product.
Very poor customer service took way too long never again.

Their website prices do not match the actual prices when buy in-store. Website's prices are cheaper, please ring before turning up.

I traveled all over half of Sydney and finally found what I wanted here, and the price of the products is relatively affordable.

Amazing place for pet birds and their supplies, we got our budgies from there and we are in love with all of them!

A great produce store. Great for purchasing pet chickens. They are also vaccinated. The store is very busy and can be quite chaotic, so it's best to spend some time researching beforehand rather than relying on staff advice.

My dog ran away and I lost half my rocks and the seller is taking no responsibility.

It would be nice to give a 5 star, however its been over a week and the seller rather make more sales than correct any errors.

The delivery instructions was to leave my order outside my gate as I have a dog. The short of it is, because the instruction were not followed, the dog escaped I'd have to drive around to find him.

Second to that, the seller attempted to fix a broken bag with the office stamples. Not knowing this, the bag burst from the bottom, resulting in half my small rocks being lost in the grass.

3 emails, 1 phone call and 1 text messages over a few days and all that was send is, due to staff shortages, they haven't had time or a plan to amended the blunder.

Small useful economical shop with plant nutrition and pest supplies, cow plus sheep manure, pet fish cat n lots of variety in bird supplies plus nice Roo meat for our furry friends. Nice range of seeds and fresh eggs out here.parking on side road is good and easy to put heavy soil bags right in your car.prices are less than other big brands! Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. Great job guys keep up!

No regard for animal welfare. Chickens out the back crammed into small aviary sitting on concrete floor with absolutely no room to move. When I challenged the staff member he said I just have to work and not use my head at this place! Disgraceful!

I have been shopping here for the last 11 years. Very good place to buy poultry food, chickens, ducks, plants and lot more. Very good people. Staff is super friendly and provides good advice.

Always a great experience when I come here, staff and owners are always cheerful and happy to help. Their website is kept up to date with their stock which is pretty unusual for an independent store I've found, and prices beat any of the major stores by far! Also one of the few places in Sydney where you can buy bonsai soil medium components in smaller quantities, again at a good price. Highly recommended!

Have shopped there twice for great bird cages the employees are more than helpful and respectful I'd recommend this business to everyone great customer service thankyou guys!

The crew here are always helpful, and they have everything you could need in the backyard. Bulk seeds and feed for chooks etc, fertilisers and pest control.

Online delivery experience was below expectations. Took days and following up to send my order which was promised same/next day.

You've got to appreciate the old school mentality of this store! There staff are super helpful and knowledgeable they even carry you items to the car! Support a Family owned and run business and shop here instead of the big franchised companies! Ohh did I mention how bloody cheap their animal feed is! I couldn't believe it

I bought 2 cat carriers they were not packaged in a box and they were very dirty and dusty! I had to clean them myself as they wouldn't!

It's disgusting to think they would sell products without cleaning them first!

This place is so cool! I love the white cat (I think it's name is Lulu?) who loves to greet customers (new and existing ones) and the pink-coloured birds (can't really tell if they're cockatoos, or at least, they look like cockatoos) that greet you with a polite "Hello! " It's a local business and the workers seem to know what they're doing as part of their job.
