Their marketing call people is very friendly in the beginning maybe for 5min? Once I say, I am not interested in having the services right now, their marketing people immediately change their attitude and become rude. I was shocked how fast they can change their words. I have experienced the same twice.
They should train marketing call people how to encourage or convince people to use their services rather than becoming rude.

Even if I do not use their services straight away, they should think of possibility, I could change my mind and become their customer in any future.or I can recommend Employsure to other business as well, if I have a good memory with Employsure. However now I have really bad experiences with their marketing call people.

Being a new business start up, there were a number of things that I felt as a business owner I should have known, however my consultant Faaiza, worked with me every step of the way to find the correct outcome and not once making the process feel like an intimidating one, as I initially thought could be.
Highly recommend to anyone that wants to complie with all award regulations but struggles to find the time to keep up-to-date with all the changes.
I was initially a little concerned if it was the right move. However after my first inquiry to engage a letter of employment to a prospective employee, I have absolutely no doubt it was the correct one.

Very expensive
The advice varies depending on who you get - and you NEVER get the same person.
When it gets to them accepting Legal representation, they don't even talk to the advice side.even when perfectly logical to do so.
Has gone down hill radically over the last 3 yrs

Scott was very nice and easy to deal with! He made the exercise quick and painless and we had our WHS documents and roll out plan in the afternoon on the same day so we could start implementing better practices straight away. Great service!
