I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a more unprofessional company. I’ve been trying to have a matter dealt with since April. None of their staff seem to be on the same page, I have one person telling me everything is sorted then the next person seems to have no clue what’s happening. The amount of auto responses I’ve had that have never been followed up by the company is a joke. Joseph Assadourian from their credit control team lacks any form of manners or customer service.
I can see why the ACCC took action against the company.

Promises made by sales rep and of course most were untrue. They overpromised and after you signed the contract they slacked off.

I asked to changed the contract for 12months instead of 3years. The staff promised to sort it out. 5 months later he still sent me the same document that for 3 years. I also sent him an email and never heard anything back.

They don't answer my email and their phone is unreachable

Carlos Palacios and the Employsure team have been very helpful in both my onboarding of full time employees and setting up core due diligence processes for our business.

There is no way to cancel your contract even though they confirmed that you didnt want to renew contract with them. They will still charge you without you noticed.

You should do more to confirm if people want to continue a contract than email notification when your charging over 15k that you auto renew, specially small businesses who don't have the manpower to look over every contract they signed 3 years ago.
It not like a Netflix subscription where you lose a few hundred.

I have supplier reps come to me each year least to make sure I'm good with them when I'm spending a few thousand with them.

You should have the curtesy to quickly call at the end of a 3 year contract to confirm renewals for such a large amount as a business which does consulting.

Always available to talk me through the minefield that is HR and Fair Work. I'm a professional myself but would never consider managing this work on my own without their support and guidance. Always save me hours of anguish and paperwork as well
