I'm absolutely delighted with my new curtains from Empire. Thanks to both Riad and David for the excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

David just installed my skylight blind, so happy with the installation, he installed it with no fuss and on top of this he is so friendly with a wonderful smile.

Useless. Four changed appointments for install. Wanted to start the install at 5pm in the afternoon on one occasion, which we declined (told it would take 3 hours - actually took 5 hours).

Sales rep told us we could do a set on sliders. Installer said we could, but it would look ugly because of a larger frame sticking out past the door. Sales Reps don’t have practical experience nor knowledge. They then tried to charge us extra for sliding doors, when we ended up with only hinged (~$1k extra).

Then some of the shutters were installed faulty straight away. Had to chase them up for weeks to get a response.

In our experience, Empire are useless. Wouldn’t waste my time on them.

EDIT: Have since still dealt with Empire regarding rectification of the faulty shutters. Had to argue with the installers to get it rectified. I stand by this review wholeheartedly.

Fantastic to deal with. We did have to wait 6 weeks for them to install it BUT it was well worth the wait. Plantation shutters look great. Thank you Ali for installing and Riad for making sure we had the right colour to match the bedroom and skirtings! Very helpful

I had the pleasure of using this company to install blinds at my business Crayons Kindy. Empire Window Furnishings were easy to deal with, competitive in price and Ali the consultant who measured and installed was friendly and punctual. I would happily use this company again and recommend them!

I recently had four quotes for installation of Venetian Blinds (5 windows) to my unit in Randwick NSW, Ali the sales representative from Empire Windows answered all my questions and was extremely helpful, the price, quality and warranty out striped other companies, Harvey whom did the installation was on time, left no mess, took old blinds away, Harvey was polite, well mannered and very professional, would highly recommend Empire Windows

I really appreciate what a wonderful service it provided with that reasonable price. The quality of the product and the work is above my expectations. I have to thank David (The installer) of his politeness and the understanding the needs of customers.

Found Empire Windows very prompt with excellent service and price. Tradesman polite and very efficient.

I do not recommend this Company for many reasons, wrong quote by $2000 higher because of wrong measurement after already gets half of the money in cash and come back for extra.
Very delay by one month. Fault on one of the window which already I paid in full. Delay for instillation because of the rain as they don’t have insurance to work in rain. They asked to pay in full after they installed the blinds even if like my case their electrician hasn’t finish their job yet. So please read their contact very carefully before you committed yourself to them. I can not even give them any star.

Empire blinds have done a great job fitting my blinds. Ali was very professional and friendly, and helpful in choosing and fitting them. I’d like to thank them and would recommend Empire Blinds to anyone

We found Empire Window Furnishing to be very efficient from start to finish. Very nice people to deal with and prompt and great service. The end result looks fantastic.

Excellent service and a quality product. We were especially impressed with the installer who used his expertise and took great care to install our large awning and external blinds.

Apart from the install date slipping twice, the shutters and blinds were installed with no issue and look amazing. Im so pleased - they are robust and secure and Im very happy. Installer Brian was great.

Had Riad from Empire come out and measure up for a quote and was immediately impressed by his professionalism. Had blinds put in throughout the house and very happy with them. So much so that I’m having another property fitted out with them. Quality product and great service from sales through to installers. Recommended!
