This was a wonderful experience for me not only did he put the curtians in for me but he was such a wonderful soul, and because the rain was torrentual he offered to drop me of at the train station on his, way back, saved me from having to wait for a cab and possibly miss my train and also he was such a delightful soul, he put those curtains up with ease he was the epitome 9f proffessional while still being approachable and accomadating.

This company is a testament to old fashioned good service and quality finishes which is a rarity these days.

When I was renovating our apartment, a friend had suggested that I try Empire and although I already had a company who I had used on a few previous occasions for our investment properties, I thought that I would try them out.

The process was streamlined from my initial call to measure and quote and then to installation.

We could not be any happier with the quality products used and the impeccable service shown to us throughout the process.

I have already recommended this company to friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good old fashion service.

The blinds were delivered and installed the date we were promised, the installation was done without any issues, it was pretty obvious that the installers (Ali and Ruben) knew exactly what they were doing.
The blinds look absolutely great and gives our house a total new look.
We’ll surely recommend Empire Window Furnishings to anyone in need of a refreshing new look to their home.

Both quality of the product and the service was exceptional. I would especially like to thank David who installed our plantation shutters- he was always on time, very respectful and his attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Very happy with the service and quality of the blinds. I shopped around and the Empire sales consultant provided me the best option for my windows and balcony doors at the most competitive price. This saved me thousands of dollars from other quotes that I received. Sam who was the sales consultant was amazing, and the technician who did the installation was great!

Would not recommend. Although the quality of their products is good, their bad service far outweighs that. We used them for a job and the first time the communication was not the best, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them for a second time. The biggest mistake! They are hard to contact, they say they will get back to you and they don't.

The communication between installers and the office is also a joke.
They've sent an installer out on two occasions by themselves, and have not been able to complete the job as it specifically requires two installers and a ladder. Despite the first installer relaying this to the office, they sent out one person again!
We have not heard back from them since and will have to install the blind ourselves.

This is the second time we’ve used Empire Window Furnishings. We were so impressed by they’re professionalism and quality of product the first time, we used them for our baby nursery. We now have had Shutters, blinds, blockout curtains and sheer curtains. Our house now feels like a beautiful home.

Empire window furnishings provided quality products and a good price. I had multiple quotes and couldn’t beat them for price and quality. Communication was clear abs easy. Highly recommend

I've had a mix experience with empire, the sales has generally been a good experience and gave us plenty of options. He was quite knowledgeable and gave us plenty of stylistic tips. He also tried his best to get our order in time for pre Christmas delivery but the sales didn't let us know the final blinds order couldn't be delivered pre Christmas and i only found out when I reached out to follow up on when the blinds will be installed only for the company to then let me know we are due for a post new year installation.

The logistics team was very helpful when I explained I was expecting pre Christmas installation which is now delayed for 2 weeks, they then organised for temporary blinds to alleviate sleep issues with the kids. This was very appreciated.

The check Measure team was very professional and we were very impressed with the honesty they gave when they did the check Measure, telling us the product wouldn't work and they would not recommend going forward with the installation and instead they'd recommend another product which is better suited for our window size.

Overall, while there has been a few set backs, the experience in generally was good.

Very rarely review but felt I needed to to save people ordering from Empire Window Furnishings and having the same experience as us. Sales rep was great but once order and full payment received that is where it ended. The installer put silicon all over the blinds and the outdoor blinds are gathered. Cant get him back to fix. Dozens of calls to head office and manager will not take calls. The only person trying to fix it the problem was Moana and she even had problems trying to get in touch with the installer.

Gave this company 5 star review 3 years ago with over 1000 views and several likes. Not now, they don't even get back to you. Money in my pocket to spend - not here!

The blinds look great and were installed perfectly. I was a challenging customer as there was confusion with the final payment since a 3rd party was involved. I had a few trust issues but soon discovered I was wrong and in fact Ahmad from Empire had gone above and beyond for me. Thank you for sorting everything out and for the lovely blinds.

Edit: Someone from the company rang up and apologised profusely, asking us to give them another chance. Whilst the apology was appreciated, asking me to remove this review was not.

I had 2 check measure appointments canceled without notice and no apologies. The first time, I received a call to cancel at the scheduled appointment time, the second no-one showed up without explanation.

One star for the initial quote which was done with speed and friendliness, and for the quick refund of my deposit.

Extremely professional - an excellent experience start to finish. The initial consultation was significantly more professional than others I had - Riad was excellent. David was then great with installation and I’m delighted with the result. It was also reassuring how well organised EWF were from a COVID safety / restrictions points of view. Overall, just felt like a very professional company. Would highly recommend.
