Hopeless administration, very unhappy with this service. For an NDIS and other provider, they should be more professional. They were given permission to do cleaning on 30 September 2019 and I had to follow them up early November as they didn't schedule anything and it took me that long to get the information I needed to organise it. I would not recommend. The gardening crew were nice though.

Wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They are not particularly cheap compared to other cleaners and the job was poorly done. The oven wasn’t cleaned properly and the bathroom had not been touched. We had to clean the house after the cleaners left!

Amazing service, did everything I asked for and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Charged $225.00 to clean a 2 bedroom unit - only cleaned the shower! Numerous marks on the walls the floors were not washed - the water was black after I washed the floors. The cleaners stole a blind from my unit and denied having it then it magically appeared. The then put it back with dirty finger marks over the blind. Would never ever recommend this company at all!
