Many thanks to Rhiannon from Elleisha’s Property Services for the outstanding job she does when cleaning my unit. She is punctual, professional, thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied with my clean.

I am very impressed by Rhiannon and Elleisha’s Property Services for the work they do and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient cleaning service.

No invoice issued in spite of frequent requests. Charged via credit card and in my opinion overcharged. Aggressive receptionist. Will not use this company again.

Elisha’s did an end of lease clean in August. The girls worked so hard and the house sparkled when they left. It was way cleaner than when we moved in.

The house was sparkling.
The cleaning staff were professional and prompt, they have an eye for detail.
The outdoor team had our garden in ship shape in no time.
They had some suggestions for the garden.they took all the rubbish away.

If I could post a 0 I would. Such an awful experience with them. They made the moving out process a lot more stressful than it needed to be. They did 6 hours worth of cleaning apparently and our property manager actually didn't believe any cleaning had been done. They also refused to go out and complete the job when they initially offered to return. Lisa the manager was aggressive and argumentative to deal with on the phone.

Just in response to the below. Thanks for the reply team but this is untrue, our property manager tried twice to contact your office to organize the reattendance but you refused to go. Meaning we have to pay for another company to go out and finish the job. Initially Lisa argued with me over the phone believing we had booked in 4 hours not 6 which is what i believe was completed initially which would explain the poor job. Again, Lisa's phone manger was very unprofessional. Happy to leave it at that, we got sorted elsewhere.

crew from Elleisha's do our End of lease clean for
us. They did a fantastic job! Could not have been
happier. Nothing was too hard. Luke was a
pleasure to deal with and made sure we had all we
needed, as well as cleaning he also organised for
our lawns to be done as well
Roma and team handled the cleaning so well, the
house was spotless

I have a regular gardener and a regular cleaner - I’m quite picky with certain things but now my cleaner, Stacey, and the gardeners know me I couldn’t be happier

I hired Elleishas as i was moving houses and they went above and beyond to ensure that my house was clean. Their attention to small details really shocked me and the cleaners were absolutely fantastic.would recommend to anyone.

Extremely unreliable. Constantly cancelling at the last minute with no replacements organised. The cleaners would never stay for the timeframe allocated but yet Elleisha’s continue to bill the full amount to NDIS. The fact that they take advantage of the disabled is disgusting.

Terrible service for a NDIS provider they would consistently turn up at anytime of day with no notice of time sometimes would not even stay for the whole allotted time frame and then just stopped turning up even when booked this went on for a whole month with them consistently saying don't worry we will be there tomorrow though tomorrow would never come very disappointed in this company!

I used Elleisha’s for my end of lease cleaning. They did an amazing job and had no issues getting my bond back.

Elleishas do an excellent job at my home. Originally had them complete a builders clean now have ongoing cleaning service and could not be happier with the services I receive

I received excellent customer service and support which I am thankful for. But a very disappointing clean that didn't deliver.

I hired Elleisha's for an end of lease bond clean. Unfortunately the first attempt wasn't satisfactory as the real estate asked them to go back a second time. After the second time it still wasn't satisfactory, so I ended up having to hire another cleaner to complete the job which cost me another $500+ on top of what I paid to Elleisha's.

Elleisha's offered me a 20-25% refund which I took and just moved on. An unfortunate and costly outcome. I hope future attempts at End of Lease cleaning will go more positively for future customers.

The man who did a quote for my lawn service arrived 7 whole hours earlier than scheduled, and let himself onto my property without permission when I wasn't home, just to give me excuses that he was in the area, etc. I can't imagine how much the rest of the company must value their disabled clients when just the quoters try to get away with such things like that. I really do feel violated that my property was entered and without my knowledge.

Also, the company wants all of your payment details before a quote is complete. It's super shady and they never properly explain why they need that information so early on.

We've had our property previously cleaned by Elleisha's Property Services and the amazing difference I've seen compared to other cleaning businesses is unmatched. The professionalism throughout the entire process, the friendly atmosphere that the workers presented in our property and the quality of cleaning is remarkable! Thank you!

Totally overpriced. Tried to tell me they HAD to charge NDIS price guide listed price due to NDIS ruling. This is untrue, that is the MAXIMUM rate they can charge. Apart from which service was totally overpriced. Person who turned up to look around gave me an idea of how long it would take (and he would know as he was the guy on the ground doing the work). On paper this amount was trippled because 'NDIS rates'. Got the job done elsewhere for one quarter of Ellisha's quoted cost. Job was top notch and reasonably priced. Cannot believe the cheek of some businesses - total rort of the system!
