What a lovely experience! Crystal was so professional and kind. She gave me some fabulous skin care advice and I left feeling fabulous! I can't wait to visit again!

I loeve how Litricia did the microneedling and foot massage. Feel refreshed and rejuvenated after that. Definitely will come again. And they will give me a free hydration facial for my next visit. Really worth the price!

Am extremely dissatisfied with this company. After purchasing a voucher for a massage with 2 YEARS expiry! The Erina store proceeds to close down a couple of weeks later with no notice, after we tried to book an appointment. Left a voicemail.heard nothing back. Go through head office, who fob me off to their sister store, who is owned by the same owners. The sister store in Charlestown say they cannot offer me a refund! Seriously, how hard is it offer a refund? Especially in such extraneous circumstances like a store closing down without notice! Will not be purchasing or recommending products or services from this company again.

I go once a month and definitely suggest it as part of your self care routine! I get a brow tint/wax and then alternate between different treatments, such as facials or micro. Emily has been my beautician for years now and I don’t see my routine changing!

I had the “Relax me” special that included the signature facial and a massage. The signature facial is amazing, the 30 minute massage was divine and the staff as always were professional and friendly. Excellent value and their special deals are worth the investment.

My fiance, bought me a 4 hour pamper package including full body massage, salt scrub, facial and pedicure (or hands - my choice) for Christmas 2017, and it took me till this Christmas (2018) to use it! I had lost my voucher, but when I rang the store for help they got me all sorted. After quite a stressful week at work I went in to the salon on a Saturday morning, I had Amber at Charlestown Square NSW looking after me, she was so friendly and capable and did a superb job. I felt wonderful when I left, like I was walking on air! Highly recommended to anyone looking for that "little bit extra". Thank you girls!

I have always enjoyed my experience at Ella Bache Charlestown. The Signature Facial was the best facial experience I have ever had and I recently enjoyed some "maintenance" brow and lash tinting and waxing - Nikki is great and the salon exudes warmth, welcome and professionalism.

I’ve had a few massages at other places in the past but never quite enjoyed them as much as I’d hoped. Recently I had a hot stone massage at Ella Baché and it was pure bliss! Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. So relaxing, just the right amount of pressure, and a lovely setting. Since then I’ve also had a lash tint and relaxing foot massage and treatment and they were lovely too! I can’t wait to return and have been recommending Ella Baché to friends.

All staff are well trained and professional. An absolute joy going into the salon. A peaceful, relaxing experience.

Ella Bache at Charlestown has to be one of the most professional salons in this area. I have been attending here for close to 2 years and each time is just as professional as the last. Emily is outstanding and always works magic on my skin. All the staff are friendly and warm.
