Laura is the most beautiful lady. She is the only person in this world I trust doing my eyebrows and dealing with my skin. Have dealt with acne my whole life and only started to see changes when she was doing my facials. She is such a bubbly soul and I always look forward to coming here when I have her. Love her energy couldn’t recommend her more

I had a wonderfully relaxing massage today by Beth.almost fell asleep! Thank you Beth, you have healing magic hands.

Full body massage wasn’t a full body.
Feet, face and head are not included.
It’s very overpriced.
I also had an injury on one side and I asked for that area to be avoided and it was still touched.
I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

I had nice thick eyebrows. I asked for a tidy up however half of my eyebrows were taken of and there so thin that there’s no more then 2 hairs on the ends of my brows and in the middle there’s max 4 that’s how thin they are. I now have to draw them in with a eyebrow pencil…

The Ella Bache salon in Charlestown Square is a tranquil bubble inside of the shopping centre. From the moment I step into the salon, I know I will be looked after in a totally non judgmental, beautiful environment! It smells amazing too!

Friendly and accomodating even though I unfortunately arrived late for my waxing appointment. Polite, professional and highly competent service. The room was also very clean and comfortable.

I've had two very poor experiences with this Beauty Salon. Never again and I was so upset I demanded a refund. 1st experience i turned up to my appointment on time and the doors were pulled shut. I stood outside for about 20 minutes, called a couple of times and wondering what the heck happend to my appointment. About to walk off a lady opened the door and said sorry we were all in appointments. 2nd experience I walked into my spray tan appointment 5 mins late at 4: 05pm. Lady said no worries take a seat. I waited 10 mins and another customer comes in and says hi im here for my 4: 15 spray tan. She gets asked to go straight through. After 15 more mintues, I asked it it was going to be too much longer and she explained to me they only have one spray booth and because I was late they moved my appointment. BUT MADE ME WAIT 10 MINS WITH NO ONE IN THERE. I couldnt believe it. Customer service is rubbish especially the rude lady with red hair. Never again.

I had my first encounter with Ella Bache last week, it was amazing! Easy to book online, beautiful ladies that worked there especially Niki, and a very thorough relaxing experience. The rooms had lovely relaxing atmosphere, calming music and very comfortable bed. Niki was really professional and made my skin feel and look fabulous (especially for a mature age woman like myself lol) I really recommend using them and will be back. Amazing…the space is beautiful and the atmosphere relaxing. My daughter has pretty bad skin and they were caring and kind and helped her with products and advice to improve her skin. Very happy with all aspects of this salon.

Had a great experience here yesterday. First time getting a spray tan, incredibly nervous being near naked in front of a stranger, but Jess made me feel relaxed. She did a great job and super friendly.

Great and excellent service! Went for a facial treatment and guess what? It was an amazing experience. Relaxing and Very informative. My face was smooth and never been better after the treatment.
