I visited with my family yesterday, staff were unwilling to help. The 4 staff stood around the sales counter more interested in their own conversation.

They answered all of my questions about snowboarding with quick delivery times and great knowledge of the craft.

Really friendly staff, dealt with Daniel who was so helpful, shared his experience with us and gave us really good tips on skiing and snowboarding. Love your work Dan!

Pretty good snowboard-oriented snowsports store with a great gloves selection, but price discounts aren't listed on items.

2021 Blizzard Rustler 10s in my size were heavily discounted so I bought a pair for use on big powder days in Japan. Cant wait to try them out (hopefully 2022 or later?) but for the time being I can only comment on the service (delivered promptly) and their appearance (they are the real thing, in new condition), so thank you Elevation107!

I came in yesterday & the owner Andrew was awesome, he helped me out heaps, then I had to pick some more gear up today where Josh was again another great help. I'd defiantly recommend Elevation 107 to anyone who needs snow or skate gear.

Seriously, top notch. I placed my first order with E107 a week and a half ago, for some Burton bindings - I don't need new bindings, but the prices were too good to pass up, and one can never have enough Burton bindings in their life (I'm also a big fan of Flux and Nitro, but there's no denying Burton's quality and durability).

I'm in regional VIC, and with Covid, have become used to waiting 2-3 weeks for orders from interstate. Nope, not with these guys - my order took 6 business days to get to me (faster than even some Melbourne shops!), the bindings are exactly what I ordered, and in PERFECT condition (not even your usual "logistics" marks!), and another big factor for me:

They shipped the binding box, INSIDE a packing box. MAJOR props. I've dealt with other shops that have simply taped the shipping label to the binding/boot box, taped up the box, and sent as-is, meaning that you basically have to destroy the box as you unpack your gear.

When I sell gear second hand, a BIG thing for me, is knowing that the new owner is getting something they're totally stoked on (I'm not in business, I'm just such that I want anything I have to do with snowboarding, including moving my gear onto a new home, to be stoke-inducingly positive for everyone involved). Having a mint condition box, is part of that, so thank you E107!

Somehow, during a major pandemic, these guys have smashed it out the park with prices, shipping, speed.the whole lot.

My first experience with E107, will ABSOLUTELY not be my last. Guys, keep it up, you kick orse!

Went to the store recently, the customer service was excellent and all the staff were very knowledgeable about the products which made my experience extremely easy.

Came in to get some skate gear and was surprised at what a great range these guys had I was helped by josh who was very knowledgeable I will definitely be back

I usually don't write reviews but upon reading the comments and on top of the appalling service received today I thought I would: here's how the conversation with the young bloke who closed shop on Monday 3rd August, 2020 went:

Me: Hi, I rang earlier to pick up my snow goggles (Anon M3s)
Him: No worries I'll have a look for you
Me: *Upon handing over the box to me*: Does this also come with the MFI face mask? Cuz it said on the website that it does
Him: No it doesn't, it says on the website that it just comes with the spare lens, *proceeds to showing me the website page where it says that it only comes with the spare lens
Me: But if you scroll down it actually says it does include it
Him: Look, you obviously were just trying to find a fault there, if you're unhappy about it are you just gonna stand there or I can offer you a refund
Me: *infuriated already by that comment* I proceed to examine the mask and found that there's a scratch on the lens and there is no protective seal on the lens itself so I ask if there was another one available
Him: Bringing back another one he then proceeds to say: "Is this one acceptable now? "
Me: .

Firstly, there obviously is a fault on the website and it DOES say that it includes the MFI face mask so accusing me of just wanting to find a fault there isn't customer service, it is just plain rude.

Secondly, coming back and asking me if the other one was acceptable was just spiteful.

I'm actually alright with my purchase, but I just can't believe this guy is still employed here after all the comments about his arrogant attitude. However, the box does say it does come with a MFI face mask so I'm wondering if you just took it out to sell it separately?

Please grow up, or go learn some basic communication skills.

To the owner: I also can't believe you employed this guy and let him stay: he's literally a kid who simply can't control his attitude. And if you foster this kind of behaviour in your business then I am lost for words.

Finally: probably wouldn't be purchasing anything here again

Addit: Owner has processed the refund (yet to be processed by bank) and has left me a message on my phone to apologise - thanks. In response to his version of events, what I wrote here were his exact words so I don't know what he's said to you but that's exactly how it went down.

Sales person was very helpful i have quiet large feet and they spent a lot of time with me to make sure i was in the best boots possible

First time reviewer but just wanted to say what a nice shop and what nice people to deal with. I live near by and have shopped both in the store but also bought gear online and both times I received great service. Just so easy to deal with. Thanks.

Went into the shop today with my new setup that I had purchased elsewhere and dealt with Daniel who took the time to wax my board and explain how to put the bindings on for me (which the other store didn't bother to do). The staff here not only know what they are doing but are very passionate about it too and I am never shopping anywhere else after having this kind of service. Thanks team enjoy your winter!

Shipping was really quick when I first ordered, They were really flexible and helpful when I needed to swap something for a different size when I went in store.

Excellent service. Came in and got some boots fitted and they fitted them to my skis and waxed them — all complimentary! Had a wonderful conversation with the owner and just overall had a pleasant time inside.

I have never written a review on a business before but my experience here definitely stood out from other ski shops I have been to.
