Elevation107

I ordered skis from Elevation107 that had not been shipped after 11 days, at a cost of over $975. When I rang to enquire, I was told they didn't know when they would be sent and that it was not their problem, shifting the blame to StarTrack, but failing to elaborate what the issue was. When asked if possible to send with another carrier, they stated they had over 40 snowboards that hadn't been shipped to customers either, and that I should just wait longer, before hanging up on me. When I rang back I was abused for seemingly not giving them my donation of $975 and apologetically asking for my order or money back. Luckily they eventually refunded me and I found the exact same skis for sale online from their direct competitor for $50 cheaper, which were sent the same day from a lovely lady on the phone. I give the disclaimer that I don't order from a snowboard store expecting to deal with more than the lowest common denominator, but this was a new level of rude customer service. Maybe these kids should watch less cartoons and focus on Australian Consumer Legislation, as taking customer's money whilst failing to adhere to their contract, without communication or lawful reason (ie.sending the goods) is funnily enough against these laws.

Got preordered board like this. Sent email for a week then still can’t get reply.calling to store, manager said board is fine.that’s normal. Otherwise send it back to get refund.
Who will happy to spend one thousand to get like that?
When I preorder the board, sales said can get the board on May. It’s June when I get the board. I need to move to snow mountain to work. I have no time to waste.horrible shopping experience!
Unresponsive customer service!

It’s all good until they send you an incorrect or damaged product, then you will be met with rude and unhelpful customer service. The owner is possibly one of the most difficult and passive aggressive people I have ever dealt with, treats customers with utter contempt, blaming the customer for their errors. Clearly from the other reviews, the customer service issues are not isolated.

If you are looking for a reliable and good quality products, you wont find it here. Unfortunately no matter who you speak to in the company they will fail to deliver on their products.
No tracking number, incorrect order fulfilment and poor customer service as well as no email reply.
To add to the long waiting period in their fulfilment their error is charged to the customer to return products. Having promised to sent the correct products, no items received and no one able to confirm (again no tracking number, I'm starting to doubt that it was even posted in the first place).

Great service and communication, low prices and fast shipping. Will gladly order again from Elevation107.

Online stated that the ski boots were available in my size. Paid and received confirmation of shipping. Only to informed there was no stock and refund would be given. Rubbish customer experience!

Massive shout out to Sam from elevation 107, amazing service and really went above and beyond for me. I bought a pair of ski boots from elevation 107 but needed to get them stretched. Sam was super helpful, he knew I lived far from the shop and offered to take them home and let me pick them up from where he lived! Saved me time and even gave advice about the boots after! Absolute stellar person and really deserves a pay rise. The service at the place is amazing and I have nothing to fault. Sam even took it to his friends place while he was out so I can pick it up, what an amazing person. Hope he gets recognized for this because I can’t believe how willing he was able to go out of his way for a customer. Amazing customer experience. Have bought most of my ski gear from elevation 107 and have recommended to friends, will be back. Thanks again Sam!

There’s room for improvement in their store experience. The responses from the staff to my questions made me feel that they didn’t care about what I wanted or need but just wanted to suggest something and get it over and done with. I came all the way to the shop due to my friend’s recommendation so I guess it might just be that one staff member.

Came in to buy some new bindings, got the Union forces in the colour I wanted. Website stock is accurate and pricing is awesome as well. Have been coming here for two years now and I recommend everyone as the staff are always helpful. Even when they were busy on the weekend we still got immediately asked if we needed help.

Great experience buying a pair of snowboard boots with Sam. He shared some of his knowledge and recommendations, plus was good to chat to and gave me the option of heat molding my boots. Overall very happy, would go there again.

We love the quality of our product and the professional, speedy service from these guys. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a Planet Finska for my brother's birthday picnic - thinking we could all enjoy it and then he could take it to the beach for Christmas. My sister has had one for years - they are fabulous quality and such fun for all the family. Unfortunately the wrong product was delivered. When a Planet Finska could not be despatched in time for the birthday - Elevation 107 delivered it personally. Thank you.

Super easy ordering, great products, great communication, package arrived well ahead of Christmas even tho we ordered kinda late. Very happy and would shop again. Recommended!

Very disappointed. Ordered on 20 September (#10731). Contacted on 12 October and have had no reply. Item has still not been received.

Updated Monday 25 October - If I could give this business no stars, I would! I have had no response from them up until I completed a review, to which Andrew promptly responded with several emails in a passive aggressive context.

This business was closed during lockdown and celebrating re: opening on 14 October. You'd think that if a business received a click and collect item in September, that had a shipping address, that there would be alarm bells and that someone would have not just taken the money, but contacted the customer. It said all over their site that they weren't offering that service. I know that the system failed.

But belittling someone, when they had requested that there was an issue with their order, rings alarm bells to me.

To date, I have not received either my product nor my refund - it is pending.pending what exactly? ! To take down my review.

This was suppose to be a gift for my nieces and nephews in lockdown. Instead, just a disappointment all round.

Had a great experience with Elevation 107! I ordered twice in lockdown and their website was really easy to navigate. I ordered a click and collect item and was able to pick that up in a safe manner the same day I ordered. When I ordered for delivery I was notified that day that it was packed and ready to be sent and it arrived that week. I can't say the same for other businesses whose orders took months to arrive. The staff are friendly and efficient. Can't wait to order with you guys again!

The order process was easy and delivery only took two days! The skateboard was packed in a very professional way and I’ve been enjoying a lot riding on it.

Website is not accurate and their communication is terrible. For an online store thats open 24/7, they don’t know how to respond to emails. Won’t be shopping here again.

Super friendly team. I reccomend coming here if youre new to snowboarding/skiing. They go to great lengths to find you the equiptment that will work for you!

Recommended for price and service. I recently went to buy a pair of Tecnica mach 1 boots which were on sale. Andrew (the owner) looked after me with a terrific price and good service. Tess then helped me choose a Burton AK jacket, again at a good price. Her patience and helpful attitude was amazing. Thanks Andrew and the team at Elevation 107.
