The worst possible service ever, disgusting cleaning, no response to any issue the building might have, they just take your money, never expect a service.

Never work with these guys, guaranteed disappointment

WORST LEASE of my life. These people don't even know what Customer Service means and all they are interested is money in your pocket and nothing else.

Property manager Crystal Wong is rude and extremely unprofessional person to deal with. STAY AWAY!

VERDICT: Greedy Business with 3rd world practices.

Im a paying owner, never mossed any payments but never got a service from these people. The balcony was leaking water in a serious way, each time we had a rain our unit was flooded,
I brought up the issue with them last year and still no action has been taken even though they knew how serious it was.
All other neighbours are also very unhappy with the service and their treatment,

Just look tot something decent, these people are all here just to give you a bill, will take this matter to court change the strata.

They sold a unit and just dumped their advertistment board at the residents garbage bay.how responsible.

Don't bother renting through them, it's the same experience as many other of these investment focused property agencies. No communication and utter lack of common sense and respect, setting demands and don't bother to talk to you for two minutes and listen or make any compromise, like they're reading from a script and they can't deviate. Even the tradesmen they eventually sent to fix issues in the property made jokes about how much of a nightmare they are to deal with. You know it's bad when you have that kind of reputation among your "trusted" partners.

I've learned my lesson to just deal with reputable real estate agents in the future. I can't imagine their buying/selling process would be much better if their rentals management was anything to go by. When I buy a home I definitely won't be wasting any effort or time with this company, as they clearly aren't interested in using any on you.

I wish I could just give minus rating for this and it would be -10000000. Shame on these people never solve any problems. All tenants should be avoid renting places from them.

Appaling from the very start. Attended a open home and William Song was the agent there. Didn't have any knowledge about the place and couldn't answer any of the simple questions. I found he didn't know what he was talking about generally and thought I came down the last shower and could bluff his way through undetected. Then he said he would contact on Tuesday after the long weekend which never happened. Very unprofessional to say the least. Little wonder this agency hasn't sold the last remaining unit in Burbang Crescent Rydalmere they are simply incompetent. Needs some serious training.

Unquestionably the most incompetent and dishonest Real estate agency in Sydney.you would be much better served going anywhere else but here. Their property management department is simply useless, they refuse to carry out repairs, they do not respond to calls, and then make rediculous claims to withhold your bond and can't even get their paperwork right.avoid at all costs especially if you are a landlord.we only moved out because they were hopeless and now the home we were renting has been empty for a month and they are asking $40.00 a week less than we were paying!

Alex chang helped me sell the property recently he always trying his best to get the best for me he was so patient, polite and punctual on every inspections. I am so glad that he was my agent!

Do not never ever rent with this agent their customer service is below zero and there communication is really bad, their agent vivienne Wu is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. Will never rent with them again!

They are big liars, I had a strata issue with them, no replying back to your emails, whenever you call them, they have a new excuse or lie

Alex Cheng is a professional and knowledgeable agent. He is always approachable and willing to help. He did a fantastic job on helping me during the whole process of purchasing the property.

This agent simply does not reply to any forms of contact that you make to them and it seems that they have something to hide.

They have no continue customer service.we brought a brand new property from them.they left more than 10 paint buckets in the garage.i called them to clear these paint buckets, but their sale agent Tom never pick up the phone after property settled.if they continue refuse to pick up the phone.i think the best way is drop all paint buckets in the front of their carlingford office.

Very disappointed with the way I get treated, after giving my offer and accepting all points of contract, professionally asked my solicitor to be in touch with owner and real estate to take retail for lease,
but it was very unreasonable delays on replying our emails, after long waiting for their contact, we’ve told that owner dealt with someone else! Took 4-5 weeks of my time and concentration, Very unprofessional disappointing service from this agency.

Alex Cheng has been wonderful and shown great professionalism throughout the selling process.
